i mean sure its not quite 512gb levels but you can get 128gb on a ryzen AI max chipset which has unified memory like apple, theyre also pretty reasonably priced, i saw an AI max 370 with 96gb on amazon earlier for a shade over £1000, guess you could boost that with an eGPU to gain a bit extra but 64gb would likely be the max you could add so still not quite enough to run full qwen3 coder at a decent quant but not far off, hopefully the next gen will offer more ram or another model comes out that can beat Q3 with fewer params

nothing legal, however if youre willing to bend the rules a little then there are some options available:

Amphetamines (adderall/vyvanse/amfexa etc): these will easily clear the fog from lack of sleep, the downside being theyre expensive

Modafinil: this chemical was developed for narcolepsy but was soon found to be useful for cognitive enhancement, itll keep you going up to 48 hours with almost no loss of focus or ability and in some cases youll even be better. the other up side to this is that Modafinil is very cheap

wow theres a holdout from the web 1.0 days! reminds me of so many geocities pages

Plex or a similar service would potentially meet your needs however im not sure if it supports google music, they do have tidal integration and ive used it to stream my own self hosted flac files back when i had unlimited data and it worked pretty well,

if memory serves i streamed both from files stored on google drive and on my home PC with it (i just have a huge SD card now so i just keep files local rather than stream

this paper must have been written quite some time ago if near half a bitcoin was only worth $130.

on another note despite my many experiences with DMT i have never once encountered an entity of any sort nor have i had any spiritual or meaningful experiences (this holds true for all psychedelics i have tried) just a lot of colours and a feeling of comfort and happiness.

although i do often wonder why that is as so many others have experienced it, maybe its something to do with being autistic

i thought we had already basically written off HCQ as a viable treatment and it seems odd that an antibiotic like azithromycin would be in any way effective against a virus but i guess im not a biochemist so i cant say these things for sure.

i thought that anti retro virals like remesedivir were our best chance at the moment

I keep hearing this but i also dont seem to see cheap flights, maybe its because im in the UK but so far flights from here dont seem to have dropped in price much if at all to the places ive searched (US/Japan/Korea/Denmark/Sweden) in fact the cheapest to japan is more expensive than ive paid in the last 3 years. id been hoping itd lower prices so i could grab a few bargains but as yet no such luck

as someone who could be described as a "psychonaut" ive tried many many things including kratom and i found it to be barely effective and even when it is you have to consume very large amounts of the stuff for a rather disappointing result. maybe if youve never been exposed to any sort of drug before you may find something in it but itll certainly be weaker than even a basic over the counter co-codamol tablet, i dont really see how someone who has experienced even the mildest of other opioids would get anything from it

i am curious about what the substance the article calls "too legally compromising to name" im guessing it may be something like fentanyl but im not aware why they cant mention it

likewise there is nothing wrong with my "no phonecalls" policy and yet people still insist on me using it, ill often contact people or companies about things and get the response "just give me a call" why? theres no reason they cant simply reply using the method i contacted them with but thats not all

first up phone calls tend to go "off the rails" no one simply answers the question and says goodbye and hangs up so you waste a lot of time, not only that but theres the fact that phone calls arent very private, not only is the person youre talking to hearing you but anyone within earshot and the person on the other end of the phone is usually oblivious or ignorant to your location and who may be around you, if they ask something which you may consider sensitive you then have to avoid the question (and potentially reply by a more private means of communication after, wasting more time)

youre also put on the spot, theres no time to consider your response to something youve been asked you have to respond pretty much instantly which can go wrong in many ways, its why salespeople like to use the phone, its much easier to get someone to agree to something they otherwise wouldnt if they had more time to consider what theyd been asked

sadly the bottom line is we are all at some point usually forced to use a method of communication we arent comfortable with, the best you can do is try to minimise it

addendum:

crap i just noticed i spent so long reading and thinking about this that im now late for work, its this sort of thing that causes issues (and yet here i am wasting more time writing this!)

im having a similar issue and am also prescribed vyvanse (or elvanse as its called here) i like to test theories out myself so ive tried taking extra and it does seem to help so i plan on asking about a dosage increase at my next review

i also tried cold turkey for near a month in the hope it would lower my tolerance but sadly no such luck, it did however give me some spare meds with which to try the higher dose

it becomes even stranger when you have both ADD and autism, sometimes i can be completely lost in something for long tracks of time to the point that it blocks out most everything else and other times the slightest thing will shift my focus entirely

it makes it difficult to become good at things you naturally arent good at, once ive been knocked off my obsessive focus on something theres a solid chance ill likely never go back to it. at times i can become almost an expert at things in a very short space of time but as soon as something else takes my focus the new subject basically erases the previous one from my memory

medication has helped greatly but i think i may need to either get my dose adjusted or shift to an alternative medication as im starting to fall back into getting easily distracted again

ive heard intel are carving staff like nobodys business but i assumed that was because theyve been losing so much ground to amd amongst other things

i think if they fail to pull something significant out of the bag very soon they could be in serious trouble, especially if the likes of apple decide to make the switch to amd chips, sure they just posted better than expected revenue but were only just seeing the start of amds rise

i did something like this about 2 years ago, i realised a few things, first that almost all my at home entertainment comes from a single source, my laptop, i had little need for anything more than that.

i also realised that many of the things id buy were impulse buys that in many cases never got used or if they did they didnt actually provide much function, i was often buying them more for the act of buying them than anything else, little toys/gadgets/trinkets that never got used and ended up sat in drawers or boxes and such

so following these idea i decided id get rid of all the things that served no real purpose and going forward would only buy things that would be regularly used and provide something the things i already have dont.

currently aside from clothes and the like i own a laptop, an eGPU, a monitor, keyboard/mouse/gamepad, gaming chair, set of speakers, an amp, headphones and my mobile phone, thats literally everything, i dont even own furniture and such as i just rent places that come with all that, it makes for a much simpler life and makes it infinitely easier to move when needed

im not sure if they paid for this, i assume by the term auction they did. if theyre throwing cash about i think they should spend a little on a rebrand to ditch that incredibly clumsy name. i cant think of any reason to have kept it so long unless someone high up in the company is for some reason very attached to it, to me it brings to mind Richard Hendricks clinging to Pied Piper on Silicon Valley (and even that is a better name!)

this is true, when chatting to people while in japan i noticed a common thing that people say when talking about travel "japanese people dont go on holiday outside japan"

and to be honest why would they? everything is there, want to get out into the countryside? no problem you can be there in an hour or so on the train, want to ski or lounge on a tropical beach? you can grab a cheap internal flight or ferry (and train) and also be there in no time, Mountains, beaches, lakes, cities, temples, hot springs and more all in a place where everything "just works" why would you bother going elsewhere?

ive been making the point about gaming and 8k screens for a while, currently even a high end PC struggles to deliver 4k/60fps in AAA games and thats before we throw ray tracing into the mix, the consoles have little to no chance, much like the current generations touting of 4k, much of which (if not all) is upscaled rather than rendered at full 4k

the bottom line is while we do have the screens to do it the rest of the tech has a ways to go before catching up

from experience yes, not only psychologically but physically too. i say this as someone who has not only sampled 133 unique psychoactives (yes i kept count) ranging from the likes of non addictive stuff like LSD to highly addictive chemicals like Oxycontin, Cocaine, Meth and a whole host of others the only ones i became long term addicted to were cannabis, nicotine and thanks to the NHS Pregabalin (which has some horrendous withdrawals)

youll have chills, sweats, a complete lack of appetite, be irritable and unreasonable, horrendous dreams if/when you can finally sleep. im sure its not the case for everyoe just as it isnt with alcohol for most or any other chems. addiction is in fact quite a personal thing, whether its genetic, social or psychological i cant be sure but its definitely a real thing
