I am 2 yrs out of college, now working as a telecoms engineer. I am also a hobbyist programmer with a lot of interest in IT. It looks to me that in many ways, you have achieved what I'd like to achieve in my career. I have always thought I could do with some advise from professionals in these fields regarding progression, growth and skills development. This rings true with me. Although yet to hit the heights that you have, I treat my job as just that. Not a matter of life and death. Its especially true when you realize how quickly you will be replaced when you go.
