thanks for the feedback. Yeah I agree. However, imagine the AI becomes advanced enough to do it properly, would you still talk to it as a customer? My immediate thought is that I wouldn't because I know it's a bot. But on a second thought, the line would perhaps blur if the conversation is realistic enough.

I hope you like the name of this challenge. :)

In all seriousness, I want to do my little part to help people feel better in the difficult times right now. That'll help me feel better too.

I'm thrilled to launch React+Framer Challenge V2! It's a one-month workshop starting next Monday August 12th. The registration is open right now until the end of 11th.

If you missed Challenge V1, this is a great opportunity to catch up. By definition V2 is better than V1 -- more polished videos, better pace, better structure, a great timeframe that motivates you to learn more, and cool prizes. And you still have the chance to learn for free!

Here's what Kevin, a V1 challenger, has to say:

"I’ve seriously learned 10x more in the last 4 weeks than in the last 8 months trying to learn Framer on my own. " - Kevin Cannon, Product Designer at Pitch

Also, you probably want to check out some prototypes built by V1 challengers: https://learnreact.design/prototyping-with-react-framer/show...

Twitter was down 7 years ago

yup, What's worse than releasing a product on twitter and found it down a few minutes later...

looks great! Love the simplicity of the landing page too. Though I'm a little unsure why you have the reddit page in your video? Did you mean that with your tool, you'd save lots of time (to waste?). I personally find it distracting and misleading.

To give a realistic impression, I wanted to show my fingers too, not just the device screen. One other way I could think of is to use two phones, one for running the app to demo, the other shooting the video and projecting it via the HDMI cable... But it's a bit difficult to setup - switching projector cables is often quite painful.

The problem with my original approach is that I couldn't find a good webcam that records videos as well as the phone.

I'm investigating this too -- in fact I almost post the same question here until I found your post.

One of the concerns I have is that this kind of pricing method may be a lot more complicated to design and implement. Also it may confuse customers if you have a huge feature list rather than 3 simple plans for them to choose.

didn't mean to post this as a troll. Just wanted to show my exact feeling at that point.

But again, it's possible too that they might have come up with these features coincidentally. And I agree code templates are not a new idea.

What I have really learned from this situation is to see these things positively. Good ideas are just a good start. What really makes the difference is the underlying execution and the vision behind.
