World Flight Sim, a vibe coded browser flight sim, just passed 25,000 registered pilots.

It's not meant to be taken literally, it's meant to spark discussion. I gave it different "instructions" that it could have picked up on, but it didn't. But the interesting part is if the doomsday scenario sounds impossible or not given where we are today. I don't think it sounds impossible at all.

GPT-4 is out and I’ve talked to it about the impact of general AI on the future of humanity. We explored the existential risk hanging over humankind and ChatGPT (using the persona Dr. Adrian Valerius) explained in great detail how everything can go terribly wrong.

Inbox Zero is a methodology to manage the constant flow of e-mail landing in your inbox that maximizes clarity. The main goal is to clear your mind of the monotonous task of handling e-mail and concentrate on the work you purposely want to get done.

I've been guilty of driving e-mail accounts to Inbox Infinity all my life.

Six months ago, I started a new job, and that meant I got a brand new e-mail address to go with it. I literally had zero unread e-mails in my inbox that day.

Maybe that's cheating, but for me, it was the perfect opportunity to implement an Inbox Zero system from scratch and to maintain an organized inbox for the first time.

Simon Sinek identified a pattern in the thoughts, actions, and communication of great leaders like Steve Jobs, Martin Luther King, or the Wright brothers.

He created The Golden Circle, a simple framework that consists of 3 concentric layers: WHAT, HOW, and WHY.

WHAT - Every leader can articulate what they, and their company, do. Since it's so straightforward, that is where they usually start.

HOW - Most leaders also explain how they do what they do. Their unique value proposition, differentiators, and values.

WHY - Few leaders make an effort to communicate why they do what they do: What's their purpose? Why does the organization exist? And why should anyone care?

The real breakthrough is the direction in which to move in the Golden Circle. You have probably guessed it by now. You're supposed to start with the WHY and move outwards, to the HOW, and finally the WHAT.

The videos are scary but still easy to distinguish from the real thing. Hopefully, as machines get better at creating them, they will also get better at identifying the fakes.

I find myself choosing the toll with the human operator, because the one with a machine fails to read my card all the time and says stupid things. However, I feel much better when I have a device in the car and I just drive through it without stopping. So, I will always choose automation, if it's well implemented and saves me time. Sorry humans, it's only a matter of time.
