Fishing. But not just regular fishing, life listing. Open Ritual 1.0 is a gender-neutral, open source initiation framework with mutual aid obligation built into the protocol at the moment of initiation — not bolted on afterward. The distribution model is GitHub. The license is CC BY-SA. Fork it, run it, publish your version. The one thing that cannot be forked away: the candidate must never know what comes next. Everything else is open.

In my twenties I lost a bunch of weight with CICO and was a 38 waist down from a 44 and I was 180lbs. Gained it back of course and now in my thirties on carnivore I'm the same size 38 but around ~250. Muscle density? Who knows.

No mention about the broken food system of Western countries being to blame, but let's shove another thing to buy to fix the symptom - not the cause.

We strayed from a healthy society when we moved to processed vegetable fat, so much added sugar/HFC/or any derived "syrup" and a animal fat phobia given to us by a very flawed study in the 1950s.
