That sounds like a lot to deal with. Have you tried to mix your normal work with housework? Eg. working on work-related things from 9 to 11, do some unpacking and organizing from 11 to 12, back to normal work from 12 to 13, so on and so forth. While you are away from your computer, you can check your mails on your phone for "urgent" messages, so if someone really needs you, you can go back to your pc. That's probably not going to solve the issue with your pets :D But maybe it can help with all the other stuff.

Maybe it's just me, but I like that I don't have to spend time preparing myself for work, travelling to the office, hunting for launch, etc. I'm not moving a lot on a daily basis, but I don't feel that hurts my productivity. Although I have a daily routine I'm trying to follow as much as possible (get up in time, do my breakfast, get some housework done before starting to work, etc).

I changed the title of my post to try to make it a bit more clear who the target audience is.

I agree that the real meaning of the word "hacker" has almost nothing to do with independent software or digital product development, but my experience is that many people started to use it to identify those who are using their knowledge to "hack" together digital stuff. Not to mention hackathons where everyone is a "hacker".

Probably there should be more series like Mr. Robot so people would get a better picture of what real hackers are doing :D

I'll update the landing page to clarify who the target audience of this survey is. Thank you for your help.

Probably I'm in a bubble where "maker" has a slightly different meaning :/

And what about those who are making tutorials, graphics and digital art, or music? Now I'm starting to worry that there is another name for this group of people as well :D

I'm sorry about that. You almost made it to the end though :) So thank you for the effort.

Could you help me with what other options to add this question to cover the topics you mentioned? "What kind of products are you making?"

About the revenue. You are right, I have to add an option for those who are not focusing on making any revenue.
