I would want to add that our education system does not support/encourage a start-up/business/creative mindset.
Even today, most of the bachelors degree courses are oriented towards teaching for and endorsing high grades (just to qualify for jobs and PG entrance exams) rather than developing critical thinking.

I might be wrong but imo, this problem exists with prepaid connections only. Try a postpaid SIM in your phone and if it works, ponder switching to postpaid.
I had this problem on a Whited00r-installed iPhone 3G with airtel prepaid. Never noticed with iOS 5 or 6 on my iPhone 4S.
Just to add, out of 65,000, few visas are reserved for nationals of Chile(1400) and Singapore(5700) due to free trade agreements. These visas are called H1B1 and if unused, apparently they are added to visa cap for next year. Never heard about any increase in the cap (due to unused Chile/S'pore H1B1s) though.
A great success story. She just mapped her own personality online, and tried to make money out of it - which her company did, boatloads of. Could be a classic example of "look around, and try to solve a problem that you face yourself and people like yourself. that would be a great idea for a startup".

I upgraded my iPad to iOS 6, and left my iPhone 4S at iOS 5 and compared the navigation results in India. Apple maps were a letdown in this part of the world. I have used iOS 5 Maps application a lot in Northern India and had far better (if not perfect) results. Now finally I can upgrade to iOS6.
