http://www.zoho.com is the one I have been using recently, but unfortunately I don't have much experience with Salesforce to make a proper comparison.

For those dealing with multiple services, I recommend taking a look at Zapier (zapier.com) for automating data exchange between *aaS providers.

What I like about everytimezone is that a single access provides all information I need, no interaction required.

As for the design, I appreciate the work of Amy Hoy. She also did a great job with their time tracking app: letsfreckle.com
