If 50% of engineers choose not to work for Palantir for ethical reasons, they have to hire from a reduced talent pool. The company will have to pay more for talented engineers but can probably still succeed. If 90%-99% of engineers refuse to work for them, they're going to have a much harder time of it.

Factory farming.
This is wild.
8:37AM "THIS IS A GREAT TIME TO BUY!!! DJT"
12:18PM "I have authorized a 90 day PAUSE, and a substantially lowered Reciprocal Tariff during this period, of 10%, also effective immediately. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"
Hi, Clippy here! It looks like you're about to attack a NATO member, have you double checked your attack coordinates?
I'm seeing so many of these posts and I just don't understand how this perception of EA has formed. What charities are you giving to? EA would say you should give to fight global poverty and improve global health as fighting malaria is more effective than say, giving to a local arts community. What's bankrupt, barely coherent, stupid, and technocratic about that?
I believe the general consensus is that nuclear war is a great risk and important to prevent but the effectiveness of philanthropic efforts is low. Fighting malaria is still a more effective form of altruism.

I know of another smaller firm that uses OCaml for their trading. It's beyond me but I believe it's reactive programming, where it's reacting to market data input and other signals.
Is it an animal, a mineral, or a vegetable? Surely you can give us enough generic information that we can know roughly what kind of business you run without making it searchable.
Responding officers found the decomposing body of a white male. After an autopsy, the body was believed to be Hoffenberg. It is unknown when he died. The cause of death is pending toxicology results, but no signs of trauma were discovered.
"A subsequent dental record comparison is underway to make a positive identification...
To fake your death, could you get dental implants and keep your removed teeth, wait until someone similar to you dies, dig up their corpse, implant your teeth, and then let them decompose in your home? It's because the book which is mentioned in the article, "Unmask Alice: LSD, Satanic Panic, and the Imposter Behind the World's Most Notorious Diaries", was just released.
also who wants to sell when they got a 30 year loan at a historically low rate
If you've done it could you link to or provide instructions on how we may reproduce your findings rather than just saying "the truth is out there"?
He bought and sold a doxing site and leaked all the doxers private dox so they super-doxed him in retaliation. After this, he didn't bother to change his username?
Besides the opening it doesn't appear to have moved very much. I wonder if LAPSUS$ have short positions open and are frustrated it's not moving which is why they're posting responses to Okta and then updated their response with more information (as linked above).

There's a lot wrong with Netflix's Single All the Way but in one shot there's a 10 second close up of someone using a phone to search for a Holiday Inn Express which is shown having 4.6 stars. At the end of this shot they receive a job hired notification from Taskrabbit and cancel their search. Product placement is driving plot lines now.
The height adjustable stand is $400 more than just the tilt adjustable stand. Truly revolutionary.
The soldiers on the battleship Potemkim weren't treated well either.
An M2 Mini with a 10G port... I'd be really tempted to buy a few.
There is literally no content in this link. Does this product actual exist yet or is this just fishing for interest?
Maybe if you provided an invitation code we could discuss the product.
It's probably used to keep the chain under tension when the rear suspension moves around.
SpaceX has a contract to land people on the moon as part of the Artemis program. Last I checked, their plan includes multiple Starships and orbital refueling. Then there's the dearMoon project, where some artists are planned to be sent around the Moon, because.
I've spent $0 on email clients the last 20 years I've been using email. At $9/mo, if I used this service, I would have spent $2,160 on an email client.
If I imagine a scenario where someone tells me they can turn GMail into Google Inbox, I would consider a one-time $20 a fair price and could maybe be stretched to $60 with some convincing.
I am one of those Google Inbox refugees and this definitely piques my interest. The pricing does not really make sense for personal user ($9/mo for a email client).
Could you elaborate on the free plan 90 day limit? If I snooze an email for 100 days, will I ever see it? Please try to convince me that this limit will not be annoying enough that I should take the risk of linking my Gmail account.
I'm in the same boat. I want my membership fee to go to the musical artists I listen to and not to podcasters whose speech I may or may not agree with. This additional $100M to minority voices is even more of my money not going to the artists I listen to.

Correction: is it better to suffer and die or not live at all? The vast majority of the 8 billion plus chickens slaughtered in the USA each year experience primarily pain and stress for their short lives.
We can just stop breeding chickens for the slaughter?
Speak for yourself, I feel a strong moral obligation not to eat meat or otherwise support industries which exploit animals. Reducing suffering is a moral imperative.
