When I was getting started I think I adapted one from Nolo, and that was fine for my needs. You could ask them (the client) to supply one and adjust it as you like.

I second the recommendation above. You shouldn't be paying UI or workers comp AFAIK, but yes to B&O tax and probably licensing fees both to Washington and Seattle. I'd recommend having a good contract in place.

Edit since I just re-read the parent comment and might have misunderstood: I don't distinguish between tech and other fields in this regard. I think it's an issue in all fields.

That's been my observation too. In tech, this kind of paranoid micro-management is a great (inverse) indicator for whether someone's used to working with talented people. If I were ever managing again in tech I'd be trying to find people much smarter than me and then get the heck out of their way.

In at least two ways I can think of. First, these fragments have been inactivated, probably by the immune system, suggesting you have some immunity (obviously, that's not the same as being perfectly immune). Second, given how infectious the virus is, the fact they're not finding genuine positive re-tests strongly suggests some immunity is happening.

Can you provide a source for that? I'm having trouble finding any support for the use of "matron" in the way you describe.

I'm also not an expert, but to me the critical distinction is that prions are contagious, that is they cause other proteins to misfold. You can have misfolded proteins that don't cause cascading problems.
