Seems intermittent or location dependent. I can't ping 1.1.1.1, but 1.0.0.1 works.

+1 for the SensorWatch. I've been using it for a few months now and it's been flawless. I prioritize battery life above all else, and only recently has the battery been dropping in voltage. Opening up the watch to do any SW changes is a bit of a pain, so if you constantly want to make changes it could get annoying.
In newer boards there is a metal shield covering the chip
Could this be used for USB-based Bitcoin miners? Or do most modern ASIC miners have their own system they run with?
Cool to hear that they're working more on 64-bit version of Raspbian (now Raspberry Pi OS?)
This would be perfect for me, I love ambient music while doing almost any task, only 2 qualms tho. One being the high pitched beep when pausing/playing, it hurts. Second there isnt a volume slider. I keep different applications at different audio levels in the Volume Mixer, with chrome at full, making it very loud. Other than that, I love the idea!
Calling it on its own always returns the weather for Ottawa. Id expect it to use the requesting IP's location at the least. Using wttr.in/~LosAngeles returns the weather for "Rua Professora Maria Losângeles Navarro", a street in Brazil.
I’m fairly certain in a reply someone mentioned this, and Bill said that cash does lead to deaths, but with it comes actual Person-to-Person contact to exchange, making the anonymity of cryptocurrencies more appealing.
I’m able to get most of my books online for free, and have been lucky with professors not requiring textbooks. This semester though I’m forced to purchase a $200 textbook just so I can turn in my homework through some online system, it’s a joke.
I posted in r/roastme about a year ago, and when I uploaded my photo it said the same comments that were in the thread. Funny that it recognized me.
To be fair, as a native speaker it still confused me off the bat, haha.
I'm a student and I agree. I'm enrolled in 3 classes right now that will have little to no impact on my future career. I am personally motivated to learn more about topics that interest me, and I believe that colleges should be more focused on helping kids work towards something that they want to do, and not have them taking extraneous classes just for the sake of it.
