Enterprise Architect by Sparx is by far the best one I’ve used. At least as of a few years ago. The best user experience / convenience / features.

Not my experience with 99 Designs. I used them to come up with a design for our site, and contacted the customer service several times - to extend it a few times, or to just find out my options. They were always helpful.
second this. When a change involves breaking your promises to people who genuinely relied on them and will suffer as the result - then you have to make sure that they are at least ok with it by giving them alternative options / compensation.
Its not about to be / or not to be inconsistent. It's about making the right choice given new information as well as considering the net effect of the change.
31 years old. I've been using stand up desk for more than a year and half now after succumbing to a lower back pain and having to sleep on the floor for more than a month to get at least some sleep during the night. It worked for me. For the past 3 years I continued working a lot of hours at a computer (my side project, my main work, and sometimes some consulting work for clients).
I don't stand 100% all the time though. It is more like, somedays I sit more, somedays I stand more. I believe the key here is listening to your body and ability to easily change the position accordingly (sometimes I feel like standing, other times like sitting).
