I'm not familiar with SteamOS and Valve hardware in general. Could I play something like Overwatch on this, and connect keyboard and mouse? Could I play other PC games like World of Warcraft?

What's an alternative library that doesn't turn large/complex frontend code into spaghetti code?

So skills are basically preset system prompts, assuming different roles etc? Or is there more to it.

I'm a little confused.

Antisemitism is a form of bigotry, no more or less special than other forms of bigotry and racism.

If you read any significant amount of history you'd know that already, and you wouldn't need to prove that Antisemitism is real. Of course it is. So is anti-[insert religious or ethnic group]

Curious who uses iMac over a MBP with an external monitor? Is it mainly for front desk, businesses, and perhaps people with large homes and need stationary mac?

Been using it for 10 years. It's my favorite mouse to use. Scrolling and tap gesture is the main reason I prefer it. I also like touching glass/aluminum over plastic.

Except that Israel has no business engaging in armed conflict or "war" on a territory they occupy and control. That's the only legal issue that matters. Any armed conduct by Israel in Gaza is by international definition deemed ILLEGAL. There's no right of self defense when you're the predator.

I'm 100% with you on that. I've never heard meaningful or valid criticism of him. It's all lazy hand wavy utterances that indicate all of his critics never listen to him for more than 20 mins.

Apple's Blue Ocean 3 years ago

The first half of the article was great. But regarding going back to replaceable batteries, I couldn't disagree more. If you know anything about Apple's design philosophy, you'd know the last thing Apple wants is for users to even consider opening up their device to replace/swap a battery.

Wouldn't bet a dollar on this company's vision. Smoke and mirror.

They claim to obsess over design with their overly designed website, but the presmise and vision of the product seem so out of touch with reality.

Also they've been around for a long while now and haven't shipped a thing except their laughable merch products with their obnoxious and trite slogans on them

Design is a function of your content. Start there. Write the content for your website. Edit it. Structure it in logical groups that transition well from one another (story). Once you have that, you can start thinking about visual design as a way to emphasis and give a punch to the meaning of each piece of the story. Don't let yourself get distracted by superfluous design elements you see in a lot of modern website. You might use or two of those, but you might just keep it minimal, focus on good typography and visual hierarchy, and your website will look professional if you master just those few things.

Stranger Things immediately came to mind when I read the headline. Aside from the amateurish writing and the storyline that quickly became complete non-sense, the look and feel of the show was very much the equivalent of a fast-food chain. Overly saturated colors, everything looks punchy and overly sharp.

Common sense is dead. Certain groups of people lack self and/or social awareness to notice that they've replaced religion with ideology. For example, we criticize religion for shaming many parts of our sexuality "Welcome to church, you're a sexual being and you should be ashamed". Now that's been replaced with "You're a man, you should feel guilty because you're from the oppressor group." etc.

Welcome to Western society, you're privileged and you should be guilty and ashamed.

How did we get here?
