It's a really neat, self-contained world with restaurants, cafes, supermarket and more. Doors are kept unlocked and residents have the freedom to go out within the village whenever they please. Though it does look like an expensive facility, I'm sure there are ways to make it more affordable in other areas of the world to accommodate more of our aging population that suffers from dementia.

I had this issue when using Google Earth to revisit my trips to the Philippines - some of the locations were blurred on Google Earth. I found an alternative using http://www.flashearth.com/ that uses NASA Aqua, NASA Terra, Bing Maps, HERE Maps, Earth at Night, ArcGIS, and MapQuest.

This is what I was thinking, but then I got downvoted to hell. Understandable, there are innocent civilians and children around - most brainwashed by ISIS. tl;dr: Pot is illegal because of the money coming in from big Pharma companies to keep it down, since they will lose money once legalization occurs. Community Anti-Drug Coalition of America (CADCA) is hypocritical in it's war against marijuana while choosing to ignore the dangers of opioids and related prescription drugs.

Also, law enforcement is lobbying hard to keep the status quo since property seizures from pot activities are a major source of income to law enforcement since the Reagan administration.

You basically learn along the way. Consider 'domaining' just one piece of a generally large pie. Startups have many pieces to tackle to be successful. You can learn about it or just learn generalities of it, but it's always best to focus on the bigger picture (all of the pieces of your startup). At the end of the day, you have to know how to be a good manager. Because the best solution is to 'hire your weakness'.

I have to agree with you Scott, Google missed a HUGE opportunity with the legion of Google Reader users. I really miss Google Reader. I want it back, Google!

But integrating Google Reader and Google+ would have made an easy peasy way to share content and socially connect with similar Google+ users. If that happened back then, I'm sure Google+ today would have been a successful community.

My first line of code was at 14 in 1995 with Visual Basic. Thus began my journey, my love and my curiosity for computers, networking, innovation and technology.

I like how it's a separate device - it's too bad it's only available on the west coast though. AmazonFresh reminds me of "Webvan". Webvan failed during the dot com bubble, maybe Amazon is trying to start this kind of business model up again. I think the grocery delivery service is a great idea, especially now with everyone being so connected. Webvan only failed because they expanded rapidy and weren't able to attract customers at their speedy pace, plus back then not everyone was so connected.
