It's the connections you make at the top schools vs the lower tier. The educations are similar, people you make friends with are not.

AWS Govcloud has a very small subset of AWS public features. Enough to get the job done though. Most importantly, it complies to all the FedRAMP, ITAR standards. The Government is just inherently slow in adopting and leveraging AWS's awesome infrastructure.

Excellent explanation of how Bitcoin works and its shortcomings. Bit of a Bitcoin newb, but how are decisions currently made in regards to implementing new features? Are Alt-Coins similarly hard to change (mostly thinking about Litecoin) ?
