This could end up being stressful for both sides. Experienced candidates could/should counter with the same question. I doubt decision made under stress will turn out good.
Be it for the general use cases or for the software team collaboration, time tracking and reporting features are always useful. As a user of both JIRA & Trello, I hope Trello soon gets all the time tracking and reporting love that JIRA team could add. Congrats and good luck!
I got lucky to get clients who either had preferred stack in mind when they reached out to me or had a existing product developed with various frameworks I mentioned where they needed technical input.
Used almost all of the PHP MVC frameworks across multiple projects:
Laravel (2015/16), Yii1/2 (2015-now), CakePHP (2015), Zend (2009), CodeIgniter (2009-Now), Symfony 1 (2008/9)

I had a roommate in college who every next morning after waking up talked of different interests/career options. This advice works for people who know what they are doing but, it's quite broad for people who have no clue what they are doing.
Travel Asia, find a place to settle down somewhere up in the Himalayas. Teach kids computing. Write more.

Sounds like the process is smooth when they are working through a company but, how about paying individual contractors?
I've a personal account which is on a browser profile with ad blocking enabled and tracking disabled but on a different business profile I am keeping an eye on ads. I occasionally click them deliberately.
