I also struggle a lot with jazz. It's very rare for me to find a record that I truly enjoy. Lately I tend to listen mostly to "elevator jazz" playlists on Spotify, which is kinda easy to listen to and helps me focus. "actual" jazz requires more concentration and it's just generally not something I'm in the mood for most of the time, that's for sure.

For whatever reason this isn't a problem for me. I work with a laptop connected to my WiFi, use bluetooth headphones, and have 2-3h of meetings per day. Not a problem whatsoever.

I'm glad someone pointed this out. What is it with this obsession to be 1000x productive all the time? I will not get paid more for it, will I? And how is this going to make me more productive anyway? By removing "distractions"? I doubt anything can make me solve problems twice as fast as I already do, let alone 10x. This is ridiculous.
