Ive seen the tickets generated by the model that have trickled to my team. They are legitimate, but i can’t speak to model improvement because its a pilot program.
The implication would be that GPT-4.5 was not judged to be human 27% of the time. You can't determine how often humans were judged correctly as humans from that data point.

While waiting for the conference hotel to convene, the MP initiated a series of “sturns” with gravitational forces up to 2.5Gs, as well as a slip maneuver (i.e., left stick input with full right rudder pedal) to see if the nose wheel orientation would change (Tabs N-12, BB-201- 02). Upon visual inspection, the MW reported no change to the nose wheel (Tab N-13). The SOF informed the MP he was on the phone with the conference hotel and Lockheed Martin were getting the LG subject matter experts (SME)
So the pilot was, in effect, on the call, even if not directly on the phone. I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing an F-35 pilot had radio comms with the SOF who was on a phone line. It's a layer of indirection, but the pilot was essentially exchanging info in real time with the conference call. Its not a stretch to colloquially say that the pilot was "in the conference call"

Source control is all about managing diffs. Large files are fine, binary doesn’t make sense. Most of the time binary file diffs aren’t human readable.

It has its warts, but I had the opposite experience in general. Bringing up peripherals on ST has been easier than all other vendors I’ve worked with (TI, renesas and the older PICs) TI was the worst code I dealt with.
Mathematically, computation is deterministic. The author dismisses or ignores the many ways that the physical apparatus driving the computation can force the result of a software application to be a function of time.
Calling GetTimeOfDay() could do it.

One should also be aware that the pressure rating is a function of temperature. Extra caution should be taken when operating in cold environments. Also the cooling effect that occurs when compressed air rapidly decompresses should be considered.
I think this headline is subtlety misleading. From the article:

I can confidently say I am among the elite in terms of urban riding competency, having logged at least 15,000 miles riding around Los Angeles.
I’ve crashed three times. Two of those were were the result of a combination of bad luck and me taking unnecessary risks. The other one was entirely unavoidable, and totally the result of a negligent driver. In that case I slammed my head hard on the pavement, broke my helmet, and managed to ride away shaken but not seriously injured.
The point is I have skills too, I’ve avoided countless accidents by employing them. I also wear a helmet to further reduce that risk.
Measuring time is more convenient than counting steps or calculating distance, in my experience.
A normal pace for me is about 100 steps per minute. It’s a convenient way to estimate steps taken.

This bill is sponsored by a very progressive democrat and another member who’s a physician who recently switched parties (R->D) basically because of the libertarian’s opposition to Covid policies. So it will be interesting how the “freedom” fighters vote on this bill given their tension with the bill’s sponsors.
