Me and most of my friends from school started in low paying consultant jobs, in fact most from my class dont do software at all only 5 of us had jobs after education ended, this is like 12 years ago, it was also hard back then to get a job, maybe people forgot or something.
I just bought 32gb ram at 650DKK 2 months ago and now the same ram goes for 3200+...
I use it, it has its quirks but surprisingly its buggy and faster than the official one..
Well i think that is why it got there people really love hating :)
I dont agree, there is way more help in terms of writing efficient code today than there was back in time, ive seen horrible code from that time which would not have been produced today.
Its the kids that are being influenced into consuming, nothing else.

I feel both things are not really ready for primetime, but i agree AI is way more useful.
it generally seems to be entirely seperated ive had multiple instances where the ui was slow, but i could easily use the api, i ended up building my own client for funs and its pretty useful now aswell :)
even the laser etcher is a problem :)
it really does, it came up with multiple wrong dockerfiles for me yesterday, but it seems to correct it when you tell it
this there are some pretty insane videos out there a out this, an extremely light weight unit capable of taking down tanks..
it will be different for every usecase, the only way to find out is spinning one up..

i had a wifi jammer i bought from some chinese site killed everything in a sphere around you, fairly sure it would disconnect drones aswell, we had some fun times with that :)

just give it the log output or error code and your code then in alot of cases it comes up with decent solutions
i used it extensively and cannot think back on any time i thought the cmd line was slow
dayz and the arma series aswell they would not have sold nearly the amount of copies without it, it also ended up as a standalone however controversial it might be.
it works the same way, they also have a review that is public, and are under the same mandatory checkups, i worked in both a restaurant and a potatosalad factory and procedures where the same, you had a checklist for cleaning which was worked out according to state rules, and you wouldnt know when the inspection would happen so same procedure everyday so there wouldnt be any problems if the control came for a visit, it seems to work out ok.
that sounds awful, here we have unexpected food controls where you have to have a flyer hanging in a window with you latest review failure to hang it up gives fines and eventually closure if enough violations are made. when unsanitary conditions are found a fine and a bad review until next inspection, it works this way for all food related businesses. this seems to work out for the most part as people walking into your establishment can check your sanitary conditions and choose not to go if it doesnt have a smiley, this keeps most food operators honest.
im not sure i follow if you want embeddings for any word/sentence you send it to the embeddingendpoint and save the vectors coming back?
