Romania is not very digitalized, and it still has a lot of paper bureaucracy.

Even if the digital records were completely lost, they still have the paper ones.

being unable to prove land ownership

People know who owns what, there are also paper contracts of ownership which are more authoritative than the digital records.

There is a whole YouTube channel just about this subject. Tens of hours in total, in 30-50 min episodes handling little chunks of this matter (Zeta/Riemann/primes)

Easy to follow without requiring advanced math, great visualizations.

However needing tens of hours of video to explain what the Riemann Hypothesis is, without glossing over details, tells you something about it's difficulty (as a statement).

Had same problem. One thing which is not always made clear: sound waves can be thought as a sum of sinusoidals of different frequencies (the Fourier Transform). The zeta functions does something similar: you add up the zeta functions for the non-trivial zeros, and the sum of them has jumps at the location of primes.

Highly simplified, and also wrong, you don't get the actual primes, but an error correcting term to another prime estimation function.

So in a way, the zeroes of the zeta function encode "the frequencies of the primes" (in the Fourier sense)

all previous chats are loading fine, but the only "Counterexample to the Jacobian Conjecture" chat is not loading.

This happened multiple times to me with Gemini. For the most trivial of requests, like translating a video into English.

"ground-breaking results that could be attributed to Gemini, if act quick"

This would be such a dumb thing to do, and so easy to get caught with...

It's easy to reproduce, I've fed the example in GPT-5.6 Sol Max and it started multi-checking it in all kinds of ways, with multiple symbolic packages then manual computation, then it did extensive literature search on the subject, looked at tens of math websites, extensive arxiv research. this was soon after it was posted, it didn't find the original twits with the finding

It seems to me this only happens if you don't use the app much. Or maybe some apps are "allowlisted", I've never had delayed WhatsApp/Slack notifications.

I finds it surprising you find it surprising.

Is this the best use of a human, to write a long, detailed manual for a feature? Which most likely will be read by another LLM?

Depends on who you want to protect against.

For example if you want to protect against hordes of teenagers stealing everything from an Apple store, you just need a button to deploy barbed wire at all entrances and exits, and then a few guards with rubber batons beat the shit out of everyone.

When the state is weak, communities take the law into their own hands, which is why we see this medieval-style fortifications appear again.
