What if it's passive? Wifi from the routers of homes emit the RF energy and all the police do is use a detector I could see that as legal since it's energy being emitted just as if it were light shining out a window and you were a silhouette.

It's like that where I am in eastern Canada people go out smoke weed and drink every weekend if not every night!
Most have menial jobs just enough to get by with government assistance.
Yet everyone goes to Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Mexico every year and they make nothing. I can see how all-inclusive vacations became so popular.
I work with 20-year-olds who laugh if they are sent home at work for doing something wrong or if sent home due to some issue at work. A few have travelled all over Europe, Australia, South America yet make nothing as a salary I probably make four times what they do but can't see how they can afford it let alone me.
People are OK with you if you pay your bills nobody freaks out or looks down on you if you aren't super successful or even if you don't work full-time.
Wouldn't that be something with an umami taste?

It's hard to say it would be a battle between immediate versus long-term. And by that of course I mean I would have to share it with poor around the word I think most people would.
Water, food, vaccines, education all important but water is probably the most needed.
But if invested smartly a smaller amount over a longer time but time is the enemy, do I help more people right now and fewer later or a few people over a longer time period?

I've only been to one F1 race in person that was 1988 in Montreal and I couldn't believe the noise, vicious! My teeth vibrated, even my bones I couldn't believe I could feel my freaking skeletal bones vibrate. Some friends and I went because the turbos were going to be banned in 1989.

About ten years ago I went to an IT job fair while I was in first year CS I had gone late in life so at 32 I felt I was finally doing the right thing. I thought maybe I could get some tips maybe even get a job even just apprentice/intern, anything.
Well I could have run around the job fair naked and on fire and I bet I still couldn't get anyone look at me.

Certainly genetics are part of this as you say his parents both lived to 94 and 98.
But I would say what may help him live longer than his genetics would allow is the consistency of his health care.
Being rich allows him the luxury of health care, I think this is the biggest factor helping him and being able to eat well i.e. good quality food which is expensive. Even though here in Canada we have socialized medicine and at times it sucks at least it's consistent in that we have the care available. For small problems or major ones it's the daily availability of being able to get help and not waiting until it's too late due to lack of coverage or money to pay a doctor.
At least you don't have to be born with perfect vision like the old days, with laser eye surgery now anyone can be a pilot!
How much of this and the NSA are due to the "gee whiz" effect as I call it? These organizations have cool new technology so they want to use it for no other reason than that.
It's like the HTML blink tag it was annoying and pretty much useless but just because it existed people used it.
That is what is wrong with this situation, someone with a camera chooses what to show or not show maybe there was an accident, maybe an inexperienced new employee or some technique that seems cruel but is necessary (de-horn, castrate, shear wool, horse shoes) but the film maker from a city finds disturbing.
For example near where I live there is a "slaughterhouse" that use the same techniques as other similar slaughterhouses but the one near me gets a lot of press and outrage.
The slaughterhouse I refer to is open to the outside it's on ice and it's seals not cow, bulls, pigs or chickens but it's the same process a bash on the head and then chop up the carcass. It just seems worse due to red blood on white ice and being out in the open not in a building.
I recall reading about Amish men and why they grow a bead but no moustache apparently it was a protest against military organizations where a moustache was mandatory.
