Hopefully since this coin provides no gain, one can just ignore it as much as one doesn’t list all USD transactions. Surely in terms of taxes and transparency this could be a big deal
You will have to share access to your data, so expect them to sniff a lot about you and your friends from Spotify. Highly recommended to remove access once the migration is complete.
The free version transfers only 1000 tracks, about 1-2 songs per second, and some might be missing in the destination, e.g. when moving from Spotify to Apple.
Favorite artists cannot be transferred to Apple Music.

IMO the point is that they’re creating misinformation with incorrect statements about MySQL. It’s not clear why they had to publish a blog post in the first place, to excuse themselves or to prove a point? Put that info in a FAQ and be ready to address incorrect info. I understand that MySQL doesn’t fit their use case and I wouldn’t try to smartass them out, but it’s wrong of them publishing incorrect data. If they thought this would help them and their conversation with existing and potential customers, it’s actually damaging their reputation, because it feels like their engineers don’t know what they’re doing.
It feels like an over engineered solution for a simple problem. If Apple were instead to add multi-users support to iOS then it would be as simple as having a work identity with dedicated apps and segregated data, and a personal identity as such, invisible to IT.
The problem with google’s mission is that it doesn’t say which information has to be accessible to whom and in what way it’s going to be useful.
Given that google’s income is mostly from advertising, it feels like the mission is about making my information available to someone else, and useful for them to make money.
After bringing it back though, it would be nice to see some few features being added, without too much complexity. IMO Paint should be the default image viewer, allowing basic editing, my 2 cents :-)
I still hold my MSX dear, protected in a box for future generations. That's how I learned to program, fiddle with memory addresses, and weld broken circuits. 3.5MHz could do a lot, well, sort of, games were pretty cool :-)
The title has been fixed, I noticed that too, and I'm always advocating for removing artificial barriers such as HN limit on titles. When truncating a title HN could for example show the complete one onmouseover or use some JS to expand the title.
That would also allow to call one application from another, just assigning some reserved namespace or domain and appending the feature at the end, kind of a path. Exciting times!
