Very interesting. This longevity aspect frequently comes up in the Wii U modding community. It is tempting to plug in a simple USB stick to store the game files, but, because of the intense read/write nature, it is deemed to be prone to failure. Recently use of high-endurance SD cards has grown, but some say it is still not as safe as an external HDD. It would be interesting to hear thoughts from someone more experienced about the safest storage option as the last thing you want is for your save files to get corrupted.

DSi is my favourite console for older Nintendo games. Custom firmware gives access to the DS library and it emulates GBA well.

X100V is super-hard-to-find-right-now, I have an older version X100T and I am very pleased. It is basically the camera that pros using the huge DSLRs everyday reach for when they go on their own holidays or leisure trips. And it's value has nearly doubled in the two years I had it, unheard of in the field of consumer electronics.

It is nice to have a dedicated device that sits next to the amp and know that it can provide a Hi-Res audio signal that is as good as it gets.

I have a Sony NW-A45, but there's a few models in the NW-A line-up that are attention worthy.

I'm quite pleased with my Sony NW-A45. I miss the ability to rate songs, but I understand it is much better than the Android based alternatives.

Film photography is certainly the best hobby that I've picked up during the lockdown. Try getting some vintage lenses and mounting them on a digital camera via an adapter for great results too.

The real issue is the unaffordability of data plans in the US.

More prevalent use of dual sim phones would also help - I get all the data from my work sim, but most of my calls are made on the personal one.

I can't be the only one who just bought a 4K blu-ray player. The cost of a disc is cheaper than a monthly subscription and I can still trade them in making it a cracking good deal. And quality is soo much better than streaming, literally made me move my sofa a little closer to TV!

I think it has multiple benefits over an iSomething: - Always plugged in - no need to remember to charge - Shows our family picture albums that I can remotely update via my Google Photos - It is loud. Left the volume at 3/4 - Sits on a table and you're never holding it wrong™ - No settings to mess up, two previous tablets were too complicated

Usually they list other supported ROMs on XDA Forum, but a quick check there indicates to me that there are no AOSP ROMs for A50. It is likely due to it using Exynos chip which requires use of proprietary drivers.

OnePlus devices have been always recommended on their Reddit, but personally I've been using a Xiaomi Mi 8 for nearly 2 years with no issues.
