God I have a similar problem with APP3 on flights only. They seem to allow in this deep rumble vibration that my APP2 did not :( Otherwise the APP3 are much better in office, home, etc.

I couldn't find it in the article, maybe I missed it, but does anybody have more information on the printer / material used besides just quartz?

Maybe i'm missing it, but I think this would be much more useful if it showed what the optimal way to navigate per-target was.

Anybody vitamin D deficient even after supplementation? I had mine checked September of last year, it was low even when taking 2000 IU a day, so DR gave me a 50,000 IU pill to take once a week. It's still considered deficient, but not as deficient. I live in Seattle, so not much sun has been out the past 6 months, not sure if that's skewing numbers lower than they are in the summer.

I don't really "get" using vim as an editor, but I love using vim bindings in vs-code. I've been using vim bindings for maybe a year now? Didn't really keep track of when I started. I definitely consider myself a novice, and maybe am using vim to 10% of it's potential, but the little bit I do use is nice.

On the other hand, I've never considered typing speed or editing speed the bottleneck in programming, it's usually debugging, solving problems, or reading files with 10k+ LOC and multi-hundred line files figuring out what they are doing.

I'm surprised "in-home router-level network caching" hasn't become a thing, really. Lets say you have a family of 4, all with iphones that need updating, windows updates, downloading same games from steam, app store, etc. It could be significantly sped up for whole house to download file 1 time instead of 4.

I'm surprised it's taken this long, honestly. Seeing other sites which in some ways just clone Youtubes functionality but are focused on education, where creators can make courses and sell them (Udemy for example), it just makes sense to me.

Is it typical to find completely unacceptable pay on your site? Listings that have requirement for engineers which could pull home 200-300k a year wanting to pay $15 an hour. I guess this is why "nobody wants to work anymore"

It took a couple weeks for me because I started with taking one daily at night, didn't notice much benefit, then took two per dr. recommendation. After that noticed benefit pretty quickly.

One thing I did not expect which the article mentions is the "burps that taste like lavender". It was quite unexpected for me but I personally quite like them. I think my stomach might have gotten used to the lavender though because I would get them ever single time I took them for the first few weeks, and now it's maybe once a week some minor burp.

My doctor suggested I take this last year for my GAD. I've been taking it since September, and it's definitely been a huge change for me. Previously, I was really "on edge" and would get panic attacks semi regularly. I haven't had a full panic attack since starting to take in, and day to day I feel much more like I'm able to function like a regular person instead of always having that "on edge" feeling.

I guess it's possible it could be a placebo? Previously I was on lexapro for a while, and that didn't seem to be as effective as this, and had some side effects.

Huh, I got sick a few weeks ago and PCR test was negative for covid, but I had this same thing with the tingling arms last night, I woke up and it was my whole body pretty much, but especially bad in the arms. And now I'm getting it a bit in my feet / ankle area awake today.
