Best I can find is that Hawaii prohibits the sale of sunscreens containing oxybenzone or octinoxate, which took effect in 2021.

If you take a look at Disneyland in California, Disney is going up against Anaheim and Orange County councils on a pretty routine basis to get new things built.
Not sure where that idea comes from, but Disney absolutely pays taxes and your claim is false. In fact, the special tax district is allowed to (and does) charge Disney additional taxes over the state maximum to provide services like utilities and infrastructure.
Removing the tax district means it is illegal for Orange/Osceola Counties to continue charging the extra taxes to Disney to pay for their infrastruture.
If anything, it's a financial sweetheart deal for Florida, not for Disney. The thing Disney gets out of it is being able to maintain their property to the standard of their liking.

For what it's worth, it's likely residents of Orange and Osceola Counties will be taking up most of that extra tax burden. Both of those counties are relatively blue, and neither of them voted for DeSantis... so that's probably just gravy to him.

This part isn't necessarily guaranteed. Over in California, Disneyland frequently has trouble with Anaheim/Orange County when seeking approval for new projects. They've had entire hotels and parking structures designed, publicly announced, and then canceled because the local government wouldn't play ball.
The only thing that guarantees Disney's continued ability to build whatever in Florida is if they continue to be their own local government.

I'd consider it broken. In many other cases, if I make a typo in my search, Google will (rather prominently, IMO) at the top of the search display something like:

Show instead for "When did Neil Armwrong set foot on the Moon?"
However, it seems to only work for actual spelling errors (e.g. if I typed Armstrong incorrectly) vs. context errors.
So to answer your question, I'd expect Google calling out its interpretation, but not necessarily a "never".
It doesn't seem that the law bans any sex education. Specifically, it bans discussion on "sexual orientation or gender identity", not discussion on sex, puberty, or anything else like that.
These people are all fairly well paid, so none of this "just doing muh job" nonsense.
The most logical explanation I can come up with is that there are compensation incentives tied to financial performance (or even just project completion), and this sort of thing will probably boost the financials enough to trigger those payouts. When enough money's on the line, I'm sure it's easy to wave away any feelings about the end user.

This is me. I was previously going to a brick & mortar gym in the CA Bay Area and paying $120/mo for unlimited classes per month. Doing the math on the upfront cost of the bike, plus $40/mo for the class access, still made financial sense for me. Are there streaming rights issues? Are they holding back content to drip feed content drops for as long as they can? Did they determine that some content isn't worth digging up the tapes and preparing for streaming?
