I’m not a tech expert, just someone who got fed up with VPNs dropping connections all the time. So, I teamed up with some developers to create Credant, a decentralized mesh network tool that’s supposed to fix that mess. It’s built on solid tech (WireGuard, I think?), but I’m not the one to explain the nerdy stuff – we’ve got a whitepaper for that on our site. your worry is reasonable. Credant is similar as tailscale, using wireguard protocol. In this case you can check the result of traceroute to judge how your devices are connected.
