I have used Frigate for years, I think early on it didn't support all of those GPUs. So it might be that said videos are out of date.

I have been running this for about 1 year, works very well. The developer is regularly updating it and I run the nightly image at the moment.

I have similar experiences. My parents both use the app also. It’s one of the few apps I hear their generation (retired and 65+) talking about.

Now I’m imaging a crossover with this and Pokémon Go. Gamified bird watching!

I have been remote for around 8 years. When speaking to people new to remote (since covid) I always tell them this is the worst version of remote.

Generally remote working means flexibility and freedom (to varying degrees). We don’t have that now.

I have a 3yo and a 10 month old. Way too tired for that.

I was able to get the flu jab easily in Scotland (as was my wife and my daughter is getting it tomorrow). It was incredibly well organised.

I think if you are unlucky it can be hard to get, but it is rolling out fast and many people are thankfully able to get it.

I would guess they are using this comparison as oatly has become popular in coffee shops for lates etc. So the size is more common there, but probably not common at home.

I’m the same. I never upgrade cattle, they get replaced and only pets are upgraded.

After trying Sway recently I read a bunch of github issues when debugging. I was disappointed to find many the comments toxic.

I’ll stick with i3 and probably look for something different in the future.

Yeah, they can be controlled at the thermostat. I was able to adjust mine locally but not via the app (or API in home assistant)

I also use gnome-terminal with i3, works great.

It is easy once you have put in the hours (days? months?) learning what you need and then scripting the setup... :)

This project is very young, I'd really like feedback from people. Is this something you think you would find useful? What features would you like to see?

I have only been using it a little bit, but found it most useful on larger projects. I have spent lots of time grepping OpenStack repos. Hopefully this will make it easier for me.
