I tried to launch something similar 9 years ago, rebaked.com. We sold the company 18 months later to a team that has since pivoted into a web3 offering.
If I were to do it again, I would pick a very narrow niche and have a few talented folks secretly working on the bounty side, full-time.

I would truly like to step away and relax. But the last time I tried to step away, I couldn't stop ruminating over all the unfinished work in my queue. My hunch is that it's not possible to truly relax unless someone else can temporarily step-in for the vacationer. Otherwise, on return, we're just greeted with an even-larger pile of work.

One suggestion: Add iconography to indicate cooking apparatus. The gestalt of your nested layout gave me a quick sense of the prep and cooking phases, but it would be nice to see if I need to preheat the oven or pull out the backyard grill.
