Now that I think about it, Android has 3X (or whatever) the market share of iOS, and no one seems to be making a ton of money from Android (except Google), the future for Android developers is pretty grim if you ask me.
That's 1 developer. doesn't prove your point.
No wonder you lost all your money. some people like you "hope" while successful people make things happen. Don't blame the system for your failures just because you're not good enough.
Do you truly believe this? Do I really have to explain the difference between a casino and the app store?
How about ad revenue from adMob and other 3rd party ad networks? Revenue from book, magazine, etc. sales, revenue from subscriptions, etc.?

It seems to me that Android is the next Nokia. Large market share but like Nokia their marketshare is almost worthless since Android users dont spend as much money as iOS users. At least that's what everybody's saying.
Copy the good qualities. Learn from and ignore the bad ones.
You can find refurbished iPad 1s online for $250-$300.
I use my iPhone 4S as an e-reader before going to sleep. my iPad 2 for the rest of the day. my 4 year old son is using our old iPad 1 and he loves it.
Personally I prefer a refurbished iPad 1. I can get one for $250-$300 online.

The web is just another computing paradigm with its own strengths and weaknesses. It's not the be all and end all of mobile.
no it was not. hence the need for "mobile" versions of websites and various hacks to make the web work on mobile devices.
Here's the fact: The web is a computing paradigm that was not designed for mobile.
Thanks for answering my rhetorical question.
"I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."

Let's see. Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Barack Obama, Bob Iger, Rupert Murdoch, Michael Dell, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Steve Spielberg, Michael Bloomberg, Stephen Wolfram, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Dick Costolo, Steve Case, Marc Andressen, etc. They all think he's a visionary. Should I believe them or you?
Woz was the engineering genius. Jobs was the visionary entrepreneur. They both needed each other.
They were both lucky to have each other.

Yeah this is very common and it's one of the reasons why Apple is so good at managing their cash.
By delaying payments Apple can use the cash for other short-term investment opportunities. In Apple's case, their accounts payable is probably in the billions. As an example: If Apple has a $10 billion accounts payable and instead of paying it right away they waited for 3 months and invested that $10 billion on short-term securities with a 10% return, Apple would earn $1 billion in that 3-month period vs. ZERO if they paid their liabilities right away.
put option terms only last for 3-9 months. you can use LEAPS which are long-term option contracts with a 2+ year expiration.
