As a notetaker who likes new apps, but has tried them all, I was impressed by this.
Your version reminds me of OneNote when it was new and good and not horrible. Being able to place your notes where you want them is such a radical concept.
The features you have are simple and the idea of stacking notes is really cool and don't think I've seen that done before.
Yes, I had to start using more fable to not waste all that usage by Sunday and figured I broke it myself.

Tried to create something like this but the best I got was a bookmarklet to copy the chat text. Ended up just exporting data and using that method for a one time pull.

This was pretty fun. I played the quick game and it was just me? Maybe you need some bots if it is supposed to be multiplayer.
One thing was that being so close to the edge means hard to shoot things that are headed for you.

If you want to build the app you want to use, go for it.
I checked out the Atomic Habits page, because I read it a few years ago. The visuals were much better than I anticipated and went with the book content really well.

Along with others I joined Codecademy shortly after launch after seeing it on HN (2012). My coding journey started much earlier, having no direction and trying to learn from one of those giant Visual Basic books I talked my parents into buying from a bookstore in the mall in the 90's. Went to college (early 00's) with hopes of learning there, but I was too far behind and not really interested in the focus, so switched to a business degree. Graduated and started work as an Accountant and hated the repetitiveness, so picked up some VBA and Access.
Real breakthrough for me was the Codecademy Python class and the benefits of the short form format. Get frustrated, take a break and come back fresh the next day or two.
That along with seeing Wes McKinney's Intro to Pandas talk around the same time ('13?) changed my career.
The author/book example is actually the preferred method to format data in Excel. From there you can take the entire table of data and put it in a pivot table and answer most questions pretty quickly.
For the cells with multiple values, I agree that is a terrible idea.
Faster than using the mobile browser for me.
