I would be interested in this too if you ever build it.

I wish I could be more like you in this regard. Perhaps you're right about the "creative hormone" thing.
I signed up expecting to be able to at least give it a try for free but I was almost immediately shown a subscription plan change. Is there a way to delete my account?
Seems to load now
Why go to such lengths to monitor your 16yo?
Is there a way to integrate something like this with Bitwarden?
This is an amazing idea
I would pay for YouTube premium but it's not available in my country.
I get 0.9 on my Firefox
Am I the only one whose addons weren't affected at all?

Do any of you guys know how I can downvote posts or let Medium know that I'm not interested in having articles like x on my feed?
Hey, I just wanted to say that this project looks really interesting and useful! This may be the solution to a sticky problem I've been having where a teammate of mine can't get his dev env setup for some reason (Docker isn't really an option IMO).
I'm not sure I disagree with Pocket being a moot acquisition, but I definitely use it almost daily and it being integrated into Firefox is really nice.
I use Firefox Focus on my phone for most of my casual browsing. It launches and loads pages much faster than Firefox does. For some reason, Firefox insists on stalling for a few seconds before starting to load the web page whereas Focus does it instantly. I only use Firefox when I need session management.
I hope Firefox 58 improves the situation.

Don't worry about making your personal site the first result. Having your name spread out across multiple sites can help give searchers a more wholistic view of who are and what you have done in the past that makes you stand out.
Here's what I did: I negotiated with my parents before I was born to give me a unique name.
I made a github profile with lots of projects.
I wrote a short crappy book for Amazon Kindle.
I was involved with a local organization's student opensource initiative (like a small Google summer of code) and they have me mentioned in various articles.
I made a LinkedIn profile.
I made a youtube channel from when I was a kid in 2008 and have many videos.
I wrote a piece of fan fiction way back when.
I probably should add my name to my various personal project sites...
Hey, thanks man! I'll update the README
Oh, I thought you were talking about running the program. That entire line is for the purpose of removing everything in the current directory except the source files, such as the 'repositories' folder (which is where the program stores downloaded repositories by default) for cleanup purposes.
As for why sudo is there, whenever the download directory for the repositories is rm'd for cleanup, I get a confirmation prompts for each subdirectory:
rm -r repositories/ rm: descend into write-protected directory 'repositories/'? y rm: descend into write-protected directory 'repositories/calculator' ...
So I just use sudo to skip said prompts and documented it.
It isn't needed
They wouldn't be using Bitcoin, they'd use Monero.
I'm honestly still bitter about the fact that Spotify is not supported in Jamaica. Thank God for Deezer.
For me, it's this HN clone I started working on the other day: https://ng-hackernews.lukecs.com/
The advantages of using it include:
1. No need to open a new tab just to view comments 2. It loads a lot more stories at once than HN does, so you don't need to keep going to the next page
I was more hoping for a PC coomposed up multiple pis or something

I'm an undergraduate set to graduate at the end of the next academic year. So far, I have worked on a lot of personal projects which you can see on my github (https://github.com/chenshuiluke/) and I've worked at a telecom company as well as a local bank.
I currently can't relocate for any jobs, but I am definitely willing to work with you remotely if you will have me.
If your site needs good mobile support, don't use it I guess, but I have never had any issues on my low end Alcatel Pixi 4.
Because its an otherwise very useful and good looking CSS library.
Semantic UI is really great! I suck at frontend design and it really helps me to make decent looking websites :)
Thanks for the link!
Now I'll be testing this out in firefox. Thanks, lol
