Aside from all the horrific implications, this enables something very cool: two-way telepathic communication.

Think your message, think "send", hear responses via earbud. With voice cloning, you even get the message in the sender's voice. Totally silent and invisible to outside observers.

I've never had COVID but I did get the mRNA vaccines + booster.

my heart goes into light arrhythmia all too frequently. It used to be maybe once or twice a year I'd notice 1-3 seconds of "off-beat" heart pattern. All of of a sudden it's a few times a week. I'm also getting older (entering mid 30's now)

This is my situation exactly, starting a few weeks after getting my second booster (Moderna). I've read enough anecdotes and news reports to believe there are many people dealing with this:

https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/ottawa/myocarditis-ottawa-mrn...

https://ottawacitizen.com/news/local-news/she-thought-she-wa...

It gradually improved (enough to stop waking me up), but I still get a lot more "off-beats" than I used to. Got my third booster recently (Pfizer), so far no major regressions.

Perhaps the most interesting consequence of this game design is that you can edit the past, changing a single decision while leaving your other choices in place.

For example, it's possible to go back to the beginning of the input box and edit your character selection while keeping the rest of your gameplay in place.

Seems like this could have a lot of potential as a puzzle game mechanic.

Google Fusion Tables and the Fusion Tables API will be turned down December 3, 2019

Anyone else put off by the ridiculous use of "turned down" here? "Turned off", maybe.

Most of the shorter ones are "premium", unfortunately, that's just the way Google has priced them. I was able to get minus.app for about $60, though, roughly the same as a "non-premium" .io domain.

Which domain were you trying? About 30 have already been registered since I posted this, but it takes about 10 minutes for them to disappear from the list.

Side note: as I was building this, I discovered that Google (the owner of the .app registry) seems to have banned registration of a bunch of interesting domains. This includes most swear words, street drugs, etc. Also on the list: gene.app, bacteria.app, pigeon.app, lens.app, and glove.app. Google Glove anyone? :)

It's surprisingly difficult to stop my eyes from snapping back to the left side after each line.

From the pictures it looks like an extra battery, 3 USB ports, Ethernet, and an SD card slot. It's possible there's space for a hard drive, too.
