HipLead.com | San Francisco, CA | full-time

At HipLead, we’re building a sales data platform for the 21st Century: take large amounts of data, distill it into hyper-relevance, and integrate it with the tools modern sales and marketing organizations use. The result: less busy and more productive teams.

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take a lead in this development and work directly with the director of engineering as well as various people in product, operations and sales (beta users) to help define and build our software.

Python and Postgres experience is a must. Experience with Django, Docker, AWS and big data is a plus.

Please apply via Angelist: https://angel.co/hiplead/jobs/140491-senior-software-enginee...

And SMS is a dinosaur too (but it's still around and kicking) and it's still the best way to get mobile app installs.

Sorry, but the need to have the same app installed to send and receive an image significantly restricts the audience of a given product (and you're locked into someone else's app).

Current: Step 1 >> Get 100M users to install an app. Step 2 >> Get them to take pictures of stuff. Step 3 >> Get permissions all the people who took picture to upload the pictures or just replace their normal picture-taking behavior with your app. No biggie. With universal MMS (via Twilio): Step 1 >> Get them to take pictures of stuff

Hi, I'm a founder of Hiplead. To answer your question, personalization and tight targeting are our top priorities. Our platform allows us to generate emails from nearly any online source, so we can create campaigns first, then find leads fit the copy- - resulting in very high conversion rates. Leads come along with social data and we focus on leads that are in your networks first.

Shoot me an email at conor@autotrophic.org or signup at hiplead.com and I'll gladly fill you in on the details.

Sounds like there was some confusion earlier. We are chatting with 20 people at once right now on Olark, it's easy to get lost. Please email us at support@tellfi.com and we'll figure everything out for you.

One of our main focus points is usability, building something that anyone can sign up and use immediately. we actually removed a number of features pre-launch, just so it make the core functions as simple as possible.

Like many people here, I keep Gmail open all day long -- so this feature goes a long way towards making Gmail a complete communications platform. Combined with browser plugins like Rapportive, the utility of Gmail just keeps increasing.
