Does this affect users that have a primary address in the EU or anyone with a phone that is _in_ the EU?

So they nerfed 4.6 to make way for 4.7?
Progress. /s
So they renamed performance to mean efficiency and are now using super in place of performance?
We attacked them
During negotiations, for the second time.
Imo those web apps are all infrastructure services: logistic network, content library access, and hardware access.
> Stage Restrictions: Only age-assured adults may speak on stage in servers.
Does this mean that in panel-like settings where 100s of users are listening to a speaker, in order to ask or contribute in voice you need to be verified?
Competitors use ads?
Which security bug(s) are you referring to?
You can tax the worker and she will still be better off than if you had taxed the capital, due to greater productivity.
This assumes the worker is the one benefiting from the productivity gains. We're just worked more and we don't get the added value.
Yeah but even there, how do you get dynamic routes for static builds?
We didn't decided that–they did.
The more I see these types of things the more my skepticism shoots up when someone tells me something is perfectly safe.
I find it odd that when I happen across an article talking about some negative links between x and y being discovered, there's always someone in the comments saying this was known for some decades.
It's attractive enough that people keep going despite it "constantly happening."
I mean, if everyone was watching 4k YouTube videos they probably couldn’t support it, right?
It’s all just propaganda to push forward US foreign policy objectives?
They should have users receive the code and then submit said code into the application for verification, with clear instructions that this code is produced as a result of a support call, and to confirm you are on an existing call when submitting the code.
Doing so would not force users to divulge codes over the phone, and enable support staff to verify identity all without training users that reading codes over the phone is acceptable.
Thoughts on that?
Can you expand on this? Do they package those and use them with chrome? How are they using them?
cost of housing goes up without creating economic value for anyone
The banks capture that in interest payments.
This is silly. The second e in e2e is the one compelled to provide the info. Has nothing to do with e2e, even if it’s encrypted at rest, they’ll likely be forced to decrypt.
Why does it have to be about being technical or not? You’re signed into an account with no obvious social networking capabilities, what about chatgpt screams “this will be public chat between me and an llm” ?..
Are we now adding US to the list of countries cracking down on free speech?
What's interesting is, with the Internet, they will be looking back and seeing what we're saying we think they'll be saying about us.
Assuming archives are up, hello from the past!
How do you negotiate with a country(ies?) that blows up your chief negotiators?
I didn't know we were short of examples of what happens when regime-change operations are conducted or when governments get toppled.
You don't need to guess as to what happens; there are examples.
decent education
Looks like those dividends are finally starting to pay out.
Imagine retiring after a decades-long career and realizing what could have been.
I'm not following what this means. Can you please elaborate?
One thing I wonder is, if BYD was allowed to compete in the western markets, would the scale of deployment yield better data and thus a better FSD experience?
We live in a system the prioritizes profits over everything.
Call me optimistic or whatever, but isn't that the best case scenario?
The gains of technology are mostly captured by those with capital, not those with labor. Look at wage growth over the last few decades as well as productivity growth to have confirmation.
There’s no reason to believe given the current trend that benefits will be evenly distributed to the 99-97% of wage earners.
Developers should get the axe even though there’s an entire process behind pushing code out to production? QA, UAT? Surely people sign off on what’s being pushed out?
