Do you think as we continue to get better about detection, that we'll find an increasing array of slow-growing tumors present in much of the body? I.e. ones that may not need a full round of radiation / chemo for perhaps 5 years and perhaps more targeted approaches can be deployed?

I'll admit I only read about 1/5 of it and ...wandered off, but now that I'm thinking about it again it's time to put it back at the top of the book pile.

Since I've considered trying many of the same routes you've taken, but have only done Adderall and some anti-depressants at various stages in life.

It works to help realize how messy my place is or to get necessary (deadline-driven) work tasks done, but historically has also led to increased anxiety, tunnel-vision (lack of creativity) and often ends with me stopping for a period due to feeling exceptionally drained feeling after prolonged usage.

I don't like the concept of being on meds for life, but I also would like to keep the job I have until I find one that's more suited to my temperament in this regard...so, tbd on that. Good luck!

My eye doc recommended Flax oil - 1 Tablespoon a day. Did that for a while with minimal results, upped it to two and it's starting to work...just have to work up to that slowly otherwise it...impacts your digestion

Could probably run a side-chain and have secretaries of state host it on their servers with federal oversight and auditing....but you're right about the voter-ID stuff (from a number of angles is a nightmare).

Secrecy of the vote is necessary to prevent against such things as vote buying and manipulating others to vote a certain way through intimidation (these days more of a problem outside of US).

The validating that a vote was counted appropriately probably could be used in a block chain type mechanism, but may need to be more with a zcash type of implementation.

I'm a true believer that more tech is not the right answer for voting security. (At least for the near term). Voter-verified paper ballots, that can be run through open-source tabulators and then stored for a subsequent mandatory audit would be ideal (3-5% is the target I think we've gone for in Cali).

I got some theanine from a a bulk sit because it was cheap, but probably has a low portion of L-theanine vs D-theanine... may need to look into fixing that since the effects don't seem to be as good as when I tried Suntheanine...

That's an awesome setup and cost of living. If most of family and friends didnt have deep roots here I'd totally consider saying screw this place. Actually, I still may, but gonna ride it out a bit longer.
