I wrote Epiphany WorkFlow (Mac App Store) for my own use to help with the problem I have organizing and sustaining a well directed writing project. With ADHS, this is a big problem with me.

I've been programming for 52 years. I'm still programming and enjoying it. For me the key was focusing on the end product, not on the programming. Programming was just something that I did to get the product I wanted. It is kind of fun, but not that important. When I was inspired to create something new and cool, I was motivated to learn the tools necessary to create that specific product. Then, I moved on. I have forgotten more languages, frameworks, and development environments, etc. than I can remember. They are not important. If you can imagine something neat to make, learning the tools to make it is engaging.
Sometimes the way a computer works is a useful model for thinking about your thoughts, but you don't actually think that way. If you believe that you actually do, it can be self-fulfilling, limiting, and even deny your humanity.
You are not a computer, not even close. Unfortunately, we are often temped to think we are. It's a cause of the social disfunction techies are known for. Don't be so self-limiting. To think we are like a computer can be useful, but it can be a crutch.
10 years ago I drove from Tucson to Iowa to buy a 42 year old Avion truck camper. I moved to a homeless camp in Tucson and rebuilt the camper. I regard living in a homeless camp a worthwhile experience.
In the summers I'm a camp host on the banks of a famous trout river in the midst of gold country. I fish, prospect for gold and write independent software for college students. As I can't go to my home in Mexico this winter because of covid-19, I'm currently traveling around southern Arizona looking for gold in old mining district while maintaining my application and learning to draw.
My life has taken on a certain mellow aspect that I cherish. At 74 I don't feel like I'm retired nor like I'm working. I'm living.
The early days in my post were the 1980s
One of the funniest things I ever saw was the SV Fry's Store back in the early days. It sold 3 things: electronics, junk food, and makeup. Its makeup section was huge. One can imagine its geeky owners desperate for a chance to meet attractive young women hoping to draw them into the store.
I recently read something that seemed almost nonsensical at first. "Action can precede motivation." In different words it means just start doing the task and the motivation to continue will come to you on it own. I'm sure it doesn't apply to every situation, but I'm finding that there is some truth to it.
I've been programming for 52 years. I've learned a dozen or so languages and OSs. This career requires continued learning of new languages. Otherwise you are just a coder.
Consider Epiphany WorkFlow for the Mac. It's a workflow for writing an academic paper (among other things). I really don't fully understand what you are asking for. I hope Epiphany WorkFlow is useful.
I sit on a narrow couch with a firm seat and back. I place the laptop in my lap. I'm 74, and it works for me.
Incidentally Epiphany Workflow works with web sites as well as files.
I use Epiphany Workflow on a MacBook Pro. It's easy to extract notes and review both the notes and the source paper later.
Hard right perspectives were always just out of sight revealing themselves only rarely. Presumably, it's the old give it away until they are hooked, then take advantage.
This is a promising site, but I don't understand enough of the concepts involved in each description to make sense of what you are saying. Very frustrating.
Epiphany WorkFlow for the Mac is about collecting ideas, organizing ideas, and referring to ideas while writing. It won't help you WRITE, but it will reduce the laborious overhead that gets in the way of writing.
I built 3 houses acting as my own general contractor. That's not what you are asking about, but I leaned some important things doing it. The most important was my estimate that there are about 10 years required to build a 3-bedroom conventional house giving a job and other obligations. The second is that to do it yourself will likely result in a divorce. This is a very tough road to follow. Consider designing exactly the house you want (it takes me about a year to design a nice house) and then act as your own general contractor hiring sub-contractors to do the actual work. Even then it will probably be the hardest thing you have done and take over a year. Getting a house up and looking good on the outside is relatively easy, quick, and cheap. Finishing the inside is much more expensive and time consuming that a person expects.
Good luck!
The pop ups make this article unreadable.
Perhaps Mr Putin has realized how vulnerable he is to such attacks. Russia is not one culture. It is many cultures with rivalries and histories of animosity. It may not be widely realized, but Russians make heavy use of western social media. A well organized social media attack could inflame hatred and encourage demands for self rule. Sustained over several years it could cause widespread civil strife and threaten the Moscow government.
After 50 years of agonizing over why I failed academically, I realized the problem was my "inability to organize and to sustain a directed effort". So I would tell myself: 1) to explicitly work on organizing my efforts as opposed to relying on my ad hoc approach; 2) to develop formal routines intended to help me sustain my efforts by frequently renewing my commitment to those efforts; and 3) to work on formally defining my goals rather than working from hazy intuition.
Also, I would tell myself to work my butt off during the week and kick back on the weekend.
Few worthwhile efforts are successful on the first attempt.
I moved from the US to Mexico. I'm retired. I spend half my time in Mexico, then come to the US to visit family who are spread out over 3 states and then to take up a part-time summer job.
In over 50 years of programming I have always read a new language manual in close association with designing then writing a program.
Prep a plan to save their asses when things blow up. Don't rub it in. Be a hero.
It seems straight forward to interpret (which means I'm probably wrong.) Since the motions are impossible they didn't happen. Either:
1) The objects were much closer and the high speed motions were apparent motions; or 2) The instruments were being spoofed by: A) DARPA experiments; B) The Chinese; C) The Russians; or D) Some other party (Israelis or ?
I have had to learn nearly a dozen languages in my career. You are on a useful track coupling your study with a side project. I found carefully reading a language manual cover to cover while trying to see how to complete a project was powerful and surprisingly easy. The best manual includes a little example material with the specs. It does depend some on how different the philosophies are. The more different they are the more a tutorial is useful.
This can't possibly stick. Xi will have egg on his face. On the other hand, it will make a great distraction from the emerging virus scandal.
My family went picnicking in a cottonwood grove and noticed all the mistletoe. So we threw rocks to knock some of it down, took it home, and put in is small bags. We kids sold it door to door and made a mint in pocket change.
I have seen meso American ball courts as far north as 10 miles or so south of Phoenix. ??? It's called Ulama and it's still played in the area around Mazatlan, Mexico. There is even a league.
Writing: 1) Research papers on topics researchable on the web, and 2) Short stores. Here's an exercise. Submerse yourself in the writing of a favorite author for a week, then rewrite a story by someone else in the style of the favorite author. Repeat for 3 different authors and without trying you will have developed a style of your own based on what you like.
No I don't agree. I have written both. Based on that I think the issue of which is easier to program depends more of the complexity of the app than on the platform. I will admit there are times that macOS feels more like a hell-hole of a poorly though out or incomplete programming environment.
What helps me is a mild anti-depressant. Ask your Dr to proscribe something cheap and mild. Coffee or tea helps a little but something a little stronger could help a lot. I speak from personal experience. It also helps to determine the very next step necessary to get something done. Be extremely explicit about that step. There is a vague "fear of the unknown" acting here.
Good luck
