What did I just read? A parody?

I work a lot
Well they aren’t called senior architects. More like distinguished engineers. And there are very few
What about crushing them and then kind of shredding it into a mulch to create the pockets?
No one thinks in spoken language.
I generally do. I see the words as I think them. Spelling and sound. It’s weird I guess, though I never thought of it being weird until now.
Dozens of franchisees lost their life savings. Others reportedly filed for bankruptcy. The company’s new CEO, Michel Buchbut, admitted mistakes but defended the company to Restaurant Business, saying, “I cannot call it a Ponzi … It was not exactly a Ponzi.”
Not exactly, huh? I’m going to be very interested to read the report when the FTC completes their investigation (assuming they follow Senator Feinstein’s request)
Neither of those links are working for me right now... first one is “not found” and second one is “doesn’t exist”
I think it's the same on Facebook.
Wow, so they must be really overcharging their customers if they have a small % of the market share but such a high run rate?
Looking at the video, I'm honestly surprised there's only one death. The fuselage is completely sheared off. I really hope all those people recovery quickly and fully!
Not really, you just need to incentivise the behaviour. Pass a law to make it illegal to show ads based on tracking, with executive imprisonment for violations. Executives will then demand their teams to put controls in place to ensure that no one is using tracking to show ads. Violations of HIPAA have some serious fines, and I've watched executives at all levels take it VERY seriously
Yup -- these already exist. I can't find the 6-port commodity surge protector implant (I've seen it before), but these are the other relevant tools you're thinking of: https://shop.hak5.org/collections/network-implants
It is? The GitHub project page does not indicate that: https://github.com/rkt/rkt/
Remind me:don’t you need to be connected to the WPA2 WiFi router to send deauth packets?
Ya this isn’t something that should be patentable. Tons of prior art in conference talks on this. Cool tool though, glad it’s released!
503 error now. Hug of death. What was it? Sounds like a game from some of the comments...
Well that's a click bait title
Perhaps you can send a summary to them, including the evidence?
Well, given their intense commentary on previous election results & interference, that's bloody ironic...
I don’t know... We’re they spared the wrath of the last recession?
Yes, predatory. From the article:
The disabled man’s attorney, Tanya E. Moore, for years has been the subject of much scrutiny for suing thousands of small businesses across the South Bay, filing more than 1,400 ADA cases in recent years. The suits have forced mom and pop shops like Cafe Crema to close, as many owners can’t afford to bring their businesses up to code or settle. A little less than three years ago, a beloved San Jose staple, Time Deli, had to shut its doors for the same reason.
About two years ago, Moore was faced with a federal racketeering civil lawsuit for filing lawsuits based on “false allegations” of disability and injury, first reported by the Fresno Bee.
I wonder how many businesses will be left when Moore is done.
Both (anecdotally, from my personal experiencE)
2/ You get to build a blended purchase price which is less dependent on the circumstances of a particular moment in time.
This is essentially Dollar Cost Averaging... which is a recommended approach when you psychologically fear the risk of lump sum investments (though, lump sum investments are expected to have a higher return than DCA, at least in the case of index fund investing)
The book "Blood, Sweat, and Pixels" mentions Fig. It was started by several gaming industry developers/producers saw the success that Kickstarter offered the gaming industry.
Premium economy between Western Europe & the States is short enough that it isn't really worth it to me, but the States to Asia Pacific is generally worth it. 14-28 hour travel is much more awful.
This might actually be the best summary I’ve seen: includes the map, statistics, and highlights of most recent news. Take note BBC, NBC, NYTimes, Fox, etc!
Experiments are only as good as their preparation and setting, and so this would struggle to be a good experiment.
I don’t buy into the idea that big law firms are more accountable than anyone else.
That’s not what the previous person said. People just think they’re paying a premium to get it done right, when as you point out, price is uncorrelated to correctness
That’s clever and pretty funny! Thanks for sharing
I hope you found some joy and relaxation with a cup of tea today...
I think Google uses phone sensors to tell motorbikes apart form cars
While they could, I doubt they do... do you have evidence of this?
