Russia and China, the homes of state sponsored hacking
Your comment might be suggesting that the state sponsored hacking is something only China and Russia does. In this case, I have got few bridges to sell you.
There are telegram channels/groups with thousands of people interested in the latest app that will survive the app store review and use it until apple takes action and cycle goes on. There are also a market for signing certificates and apple developer machines spots so more tech savvy audience could sign and install the IPAs directly.
I wonder what is the fate of this ambitious plan? Giving that there are only two commits, the first was in 2016 and then another one (converting from txt to markdown). Also, I found this [1] the funniest way of reaching out (comment on a commit)
Did he actually do that, is there somewhere where this is available? In this case, it would be more appropriate to link to that.

Whilt you are correct that CPT violation is not supported by experiments (yet), the article was mentioning explicity that this was a competition to confirm C violation.
Hint: I did not downvote you
The problem with LTSC is that it is very hard/impossible to get it legally as an individual. You can do it in unofficial way but that has its own problems.
It is easy to self-host too [1]

The choice of.xyz tld is not the best choice for a security service. It is one of the worst tlds when it comes to scam.
I don’t really know. The idea came up in a conversation last Friday and I felt compelled to make it.
That's probably one of these reasons that cross your mind to justify buying new domains. Which is an addiction to some folks (including me)
I think it is very expensive way to acquire 100t of gold. It is cheaper to just buy or mine them from our planet.
Texas is about 6 times bigger than Ohio. Texas is approximately 678,052 sq km, while Ohio is approximately 106,056 sq km.
The population of Texas is around 25.1 million people compared to 11.5 million in Ohio, a difference of 13.6 million people. That means about 2 times population wise.
I don't know by which size metric it is that ohio is 41 times smaller than texas?
You will need to build it using xcode and install it like ordinary app (On MacOS at least)
I think shodan could br useful in this regards
That's a historical question. At this time, most if not all the bots were either search engines or archival. The name was even "RobotsNotWanted.txt" at the beginning but made "robots.txt" for simplicity. To give another example, Internet Archive stopped respecting it a couple of years ago, and they discuss this point (crawlers vs other bots) here [1].

Btw nobody clicks on sources. NOBODY.
I always click on sources to verify what an LLM in this case says. I also hear the claim that a lot about people not reading sources (before LLM it was video content with references) but I always visited the sources. Is there a statistics or studies that actually support this claim? Or is it just a personal experience, of people (including me) enforcing it as generic behavior of all people?
I think it should be a maintained list of ublacklist which is very useful extension to manage the search experience on search engines (including othet engines than google).
This is a very good piece from bbc [1]. It revise IDF claims and how things are not correct and that the death toll is probably much higher because israel destroyed partially or completely most of functional hospitals where death toll numbers are collected.
I am replying assuming a good faith and that your goal is not justifying killing innocent people because it is horrible.
Is it about values or just complying with local government laws/demands?
If a western company for example bans sci-hub access because of US/EU demands then HN will be mostly, this is complying with local laws.
I really think the question is why wouldn't you block those ads using something like ublock origin or adguard (admittly you will lose using the app which is better for some people) but you solve your greatest point of pain.
payback for Beijing’s efforts to blame Washington for the pandemic
Maybe it is wrong but I did not read much about China blaming US for pandemic outside couple of articles claiming that on US media (including this one) while a lot American media, politicians and ordinary people used to blame China for pandemic since the beginning. I think this is just trying to justify this campaign as a reaction mechanism by the author while he admitted that it had put lives in risk and probably was indirectly cause of death for some. And the rest of article is good.
You can easily to remote Jupyter server in PyCharm [1]. It requires PyCharm Professional though.

That was 7 months ago. They canceled a free plan for a product. Yes I agree that their communication were bad and didn't give enough warning for people. But how that related and how is that an answer to my question?
Google used to give universities unlimited storage but even with their billions they pulled the plug and left universities in a difficult situation (so did MS later).
This was discussed in about 1300 comments when it occurred in 2021. Is there anything new about replit that warranted the re-submission?
And I see personal attacks on the CEO here in some comments that refer to his opinions about the most divisive topic on HN nowadays.
To put some perspective I will quote the following
"The website of the Columbia Law Review was taken down by its board of directors on Monday after student editors refused a request from the board to halt the publication of an academic article written by Palestinian human rights lawyer Rabea Eghbariah titled “Toward Nakba as a Legal Concept.” The article argues for the Nakba to be developed as a unique legal framework, related to but distinct from other processes defined under modern international law, including apartheid and genocide. This is not the first time that Eghbariah’s legal scholarship has been censored by an Ivy League institution. The Harvard Law Review last year refused to publish a similar, shorter article it had solicited from Eghbariah even after it was initially accepted, fully edited and fact-checked" [1]

You shouldn’t be moving windows around with a mouse like a savage when using this setup!
I feel personally attacked. I have a memory of a fish and would hope if I really could remember the thousand shortcut I need to move to rely solely on keyboard.
I think this is better suited as a list of this great extension ublacklist [1] You can turn it off or on to achieve everything, a new plugin (with new attach surface). Even better, this can be done as uBlock Origin list too.
Arxiv now supports HTML natively. Not sure if the quality is different or it is now supported for all old articles.

I think pi-hole (Adguard home) is useful dns level ad blocker which can be used on network/router level. But it is limited, UBO provides you more flexibility to block cosmetics and certain ads that cannot be done via dns. There will be overlap of course but it is worth it. I agree that adguard here seems redundant and UBO itself recommend against using another ad blocker to avoid interference and websites adblock discovery.
However you might end up using
1. pi-hole on router
2. Adguard as device level DNS
3. UBO on Firefox (android only)
It is possible but not recommended and wasteful. 1/2 and 3 is enough.
The fact that you’re looking at this in terms of wealth and not even in terms of cultural heritage is revealing
I am not comparing both cases. I am just giving an example to show how your logic and argument is ridiculous.
Ironically the world common heritage that you are describing is core idea for communism. I know that you oppose them but for your racist views, there is no problem into having similar ideas.
And you calling it ethonationlism doesn't change that facts. By the way I can extend this and call each inheritance, culture and everything a group of people did/doing as such. I hope you would support eliminating passports and abolish borders to be consistent (as just another example)
