No, they bought FriendFeed for that.
I’m hoping that Apple will bring this reject all tracking cookies option to Safari so websites read that instead of asking all the time.
A Meta spokesperson confirmed to CNBC Wednesday that Meta will take an overall cut of up to 47.5% on each transaction. That includes a “hardware platform fee” of 30% for sales made through the Meta Quest Store, where it sells apps and games for its virtual reality headsets. On top of that, Horizon Worlds, will charge a 17.5% fee.
“Sometimes motivation, wanting something, is a lot more important than having the real skill,” Wozniak said.
With the continued expansion of Prime member benefits as well as the rise in wages and transportation costs, Amazon will increase the price of a Prime membership in the U.S., with the monthly fee going from $12.99 to $14.99, and the annual membership from $119 to $139. This is the first time Amazon has raised the price of Prime since 2018. For new Prime members, the price change will go into effect on February 18, 2022, and for current Prime members, the new price will apply after March 25, 2022, on the date of their next renewal.
Would be nice if they shared how many tests they have :)
They don’t need to create a new product for them. They are going to buy Roblox soon and have millions of children on their platform.
Before blaming them, we should ask why they are against it.
“provide payments to prop up carbon-free nuclear energy”
I would be also against a bill that includes this.
“ And it makes no sense whatsoever that one would want to go looking for the Reload button in a tiny menu with a More… icon.”
I don’t even remember when was the last time I clicked the reload button. I just press command + R.
Waiving IP of something that is not invented in your country is easy. Exporting as the same amount of vaccine as used in EU to non-EU country requires courage.
It is dying and this is the way how Google is going to save it. If we ban, it will die.
I really like this series but I can’t read very long articles on normal screens. I hope the author publishes them as a book so I can read them on my Kindle.
So even US and EU can't deal with Authoritarian Governments and they are closing their eyes, you are expecting Apple to do that?
I wondering when we are going to start critize our governments before critizing the companies. You know, they are the ones that make law.
Now, we know who is going to manufacture Apple Car.

If the companies don’t stop buying cottons there, we can stop buying clothes from those companies. I always try to buy products from the companies that respect their workers and environment.
I really like Telegram and these features but I don’t use it because they don’t have end2end encryption as default. Also you can’t create a secret group chat that you can start from your phone and continue from your Mac.
Did you ask your kid if he misses because of the school itself or because he wants to see his friends?
Shut up and take my money. This is the smart glasses that the world needs.
The problem about Telegram is that the default conversation is not end-to-end encrypted.
Seems like, no. On their EU Privacy Policy, it says:
“Today, Facebook does not use your WhatsApp account information to improve your Facebook product experiences or provide you more relevant Facebook ad experiences on Facebook.“
But you see the profile picture.
Could you share your resources, please?
This is a GDPR violation. I hope the author already complained to the authorities. (Since there is a German phone number is used in the example, I assume that the authors is from Germany)
Apple M1: 192KB I-Cache, 128KB D-Cache, 12MB L2 Cache
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X: 32KB I-Cache, 32KB D-Cache, 8MB L2 Cache
Isn’t this difference huge? What am I missing here?
It is a new feature in iOS 14.
There is a lack of engineers in almost every engineering field in Germany. That's the main reason why if you are an engineer, your salary limit is low for getting a blue card. I don't think that EU decides those limits based on hot startups.
We have enough skilled workers in the EU.
No you don't. Companies have to prove that they couldn't find a person who fits the position before hiring. Otherwise they have to hire someone in EU.
Can you live in India like you live in EU?
