Don't forget to track if the rooks or kings have moved, for castling eligibility. And what the previous move was for en passant. And the full game history back to the most recent capture for draw by repetition.

or... userd could opt-in to auto-substitution of blocked words. The recipient gets "m*rphine".

Bluetooth is a running joke around our house. When I'm talking on the phone and my girlfriend gets in the car and suddenly my phone call gets teleported to the car that I'm not in. When we go to watch a movie and the sound decides to come out of the projector instead of the speaker system. When I want to listen to a podcast outside and it start coming out of the speaks in the basement. Just give me a wire.

I believe I ran into this issue a few years ago and discovered the patent case when trying to work around. The xml file format allowed for arbitrary properties to be added (as xml does), and we were trying to embed metadata in word files. But when MS Word opened a file with anything extra in it it gave a warning like "this file has extra stuff in it" and it automatically removed anything that wasn't explicitly expected.

I just checked out otta.com, and started their "quiz". Third question: "where would you like to work?" and only lists major cities, nothing in my state. As if to say "if you want a job, move or go remote". I've gotten this same message from many channels.

Audio ads playing at gas pumps is now the only factor that determines which gas station I go to.

I installed a reed switch just under my windshield to unlock the doors. Swiping a magnet is easier than keeping a key in my pocket. Getting myself locked out is more of a concern than a stranger noticing the switch and finding a magnet. I'll even mention it on the internet, if any of you want to steal my car, please just fill up the gas and return it after. Thanks.

it might pan the audio side to side each time there is silence just for effect.

1) Scrape a news source and check how many times the bill is mentioned? 2) How many results on a search engine for the bill's title? 3) Train something similar to sentiment analysis model based on the text content of the bill. You'd need historical data for that but see options 1 and 2.

MFA is a great option to provide, and I would even suggest it should be default on, but what's the harm in allowing the user to opt out of MFA?

If available, it seems to me it would be the best option for this demographic.

I think it would be fine for the library to have/be the 2ND FACTOR and the user would still need their password. Being at a physical location seems like a reasonable 2FA (more reasonable than a phone in these cases).

Could the library buy a few FIDO tokens, hot glue them into the backs of the computers, users add them as 2fa to their accounts and now the computer being wiped between users is no longer an obstacle?
