With Haiku I like that I can use the computer without having to resort to dark mode like the other operating systems. The other systems are just too bright, while Haiku interface is warm and on-point.

Haiku has gazillions of modern software and got NVIDIA drivers recently. Things are looking pretty bright for Haiku.

I am somewhat glad that there is a 3rd party that actively helps finding macOS issues.

We are yet to see for how long Apple is going to support their Apple Silicon machines, but this definitely sets a precedent for Apple. It would be really shameful if they go the iPhone route and cut support after 6 years of updates.

On the other hand, Apple is still selling the iMac with a 2020 chipset, so we could say that they look like they are committed to providing updates. I hope they wouldn't just cut off support in 3 years time.

Also, number and percent formats are important too. I've seen many 'professional' websites/software, that uses only a standart 100.0% format, where the decimal and the percent are not localised.

Next version will have greatly improved text capabilities.

Where is it written? And if so, why do the most Apple applications that use multi-window setup do not behave as such, like Safari, TextEdit, Xcode, and many others?

It only makes sense to close the application immediately when the red button is pressed if the application is designed for a single window, or if it's not a document based app. Like the Calculator.app.

Keeping the application running when all windows are closed has huge performance benefits, allows opening another window much faster, and arguably one of the best aspects of macOS.

Author does not understand zoom. Zoom is not supposed to fill the entire available screen, it's supposed to only take whatever the content requires to fill. Zoom is not maximise, never has been. Chrome is the offender here.
