This was right when “zero tolerance” school discipline was in favor of administrators. Doing something like that could get you put in A) in school suspension, B) suspension or C) expelled where I lived.

I don’t want to talk to anything in my terminal. It’s a shitty interface for that.

The alcohol is a red herring and everyone knows it. Unless you have police verifying his BAC is over the legal limit, you aren't making a salient point -- you are speculating irresponsibly.

The car veered off the road like a maniac took the wheel, that maniac was software written by Tesla. I certainly wouldn't trust my family's safety with this, whether I had a drink of alcohol or not.

Another freeway-revolving city must be Houston but for the opposite reason because they engineered a truly massive multi-ring hub and spoke setup. Getting anywhere requires it given how spread out the city is and how hot and humid/rainy it gets.

We will still need VPNs to get good connectivity to other residential ISPs until some government entity (or market condition) inspires ISPs to invest in more hardware and peering with each other. CDNs and VPN providers are now sadly a requirement for the internet to work the way we expect it to.

If I submit a patch and a maintainer (or anyone else) reads it and writes their own based on it, then they have edited my work. If they don’t attribute me at all, then they are plagiarizing. Maybe there is no law to protect me, but it’s social contract.
