Bummer. I was a fan. Just went back to look at my welcome email for TextDrive from May 31, 2005.

Love that guy. Worth watching just for the comedy.
How strange to see this on the day that a friend of ~20 years passed away. Breast cancer. She was 40.
He's also on the board for Fender. :)

So awesome. Perfect example of "scratch your own itch" done really well
Like others said, perhaps I should take my guitar out of its case and get my caluses back.
Or . . . "A List of 5 Things That Are Not Windows 8". Kind of a weird "article". ?
Have been waiting for the release today.
Loved it. Highly recommended.
That is freaking awesome.
Looks awesome.
Ha! When I saw the headline I did think "MVC Frameworks are the new Todo List app". I knew someone would say something to that effect. :)
That said, the amount of effort in these frameworks is admirable and pushes ideas and best practices forward.
Sublime Text 2 is amazing. I bought it and used it for a bit. Even with vintage mode, I missed vim too much and switched back.
I do wonder if the arrival of Sublime Text 2 was the impetus for TextMate 2 development after so many years.
Rad! That graph is awesome!
Also cool that the source is public on Github. thanks for that. Always fun to peek in on source.
As a Yahoo! employee I am stoked that a nerd (former CTO) is taking the gig. We'll wait to see how he does, but looks good to me.
Sweet! It gets better and better.
The sidebar keyboard navigation is a big one for me that's been missing. And the folding arrows will help. I don't know why you'd want them to fade but nice that it's up to you.
I love the koans! Though I kinda got stuck on about_proxy_objects.
Or, "I found that you, the bank, left all of your customers' money and social security cards and personal records (including mine) in an unlocked windowed room facing the street where anyone might walk by and steal all of it. You might want to lock it up." "Prove it." "Ok, I'll just show you how ridiculously easy it is to open this door . . ." "Thief!!"
Oh my gosh man. That's so bad. You simply replace the account ID parameter in the request URL? That's so bad. So so stupid on the bank's part. They should be showering this guy with gifts for pointing out such a stupid mistake to them and they should be going after whoever set up their system like that.
Rad! I dig your positive energy. You will go far with that.
I agree with what you said about the community. I am constantly amazed at the amount of work and help people put out there for free.
