Many sole proprietorships registered and individuals in my area have these loans. I suspect this was a major contributor to inflation.
For example, a neighbor who owns several franchised restaurants received a few million in PPP loans. But during COVID he also bought a Cirrus Vision Jet. Very suspicious.
The PPP loan program is a borrower self-certified program. Meaning the gov't did absolutely nothing to ensure funds actually went to payroll.

I do agree the DC ATC audio is very poor. Not all ATC communication is that poor. And often it is quite clear especially once you get use to how radio calls are made.
A bug right now on Windows 11 is if you use a USB switch too fast on windows it breaks USB. Disconnecting the switch or reconnecting the devices to the host doesn’t fix it. Only a hard reboot of Windows will bring the USB stack back online.
The guys featured in this gross and irresponsible hit piece by Wired, by all accounts, are brilliant engineers. Top 1%.

Seriously if they’re brilliant this is the perfect PR opportunity to highlight the highly talented people making a difference. But instead we have secrecy.
I suspect the real reason for these choices is they needed people who are young and naive, will not ask too many questions, easy to manipulate, and coerced to work long for little pay.
Some trades are more physically demanding on the body. I was thinking more along the lines of any field that requires a gov't license like nurse/counselor/barber/pharmacist/CPA/lawyer/administrator/teacher/air traffic controller/operator of some heavy machinery.
Any field that requires a certification and cannot be done from a computer is worth looking into.

Commuting is dangerous and stressful. Stressed employees cannot perform their best. It is in a company's best interest to reduce stress and danger.

It would be an interesting experiment ditch the Roundcube or any web UI to decrease the attack surface.
Apple innovative edge has always been taking existing technologies and applying that right layer of UX on top. I think they need to really take a step back and figure out what that right layer is.
I haven't seen Meta's AI assistant incorporated to the Quest 3. There is a lot of low hanging fruit there.
Perhaps the answer isn't Siri or summarizing or whatever else they had planned. Perhaps the entire interface needs to be rethought. To me this is more like the switch from text-based to graphical. They're missing the Alto to copy from this time.
I would like to see renewed focus on supporting the user to be able to customize the UI to their liking. This is sorely missed in design systems and web apps. Everything is GitHub at the whims of a UX designer that did some “research”.

It's certainly impressive. I would like to know if it could search multiple airlines directly to find the best price and best route based on my personal preferences. For example, I don't like earlier flights unless it is ~60% cheaper. And if it can handle check-in for me so I don't have to be logging in 24 hours before, and if I am offered an upgrade, it could automatically purchase.
Is your mainboard the same as the CM3588 carrier board [1] that has been re-layout to match the form factor you wanted or did you have to make other modifications?
The part I am most interested in is the 'powertrain' and how it manages battery charging.

Another tool, although I have only anecdotal evidence, is f.lux and similar software.
The real money is in converting sites with plugins and retaining the functionality which in many cases isn’t static. The copying of data to another tool is the easy part.
Make some generalizations about a process and omit the obvious solution as pointed out in the comments is a good way to get some engagement.
I am skeptical about the environmental claim.
Apple acquired a variety of software catering to the film and music industries in the early 2000's. Most of Apple's Final Cut Studio and Logic Studio suite of tools (and their modern incarnations) came from those acquisitions.
Homeschooling I firmly believe can be a more effective way to get exposure and learn how to deal with other people than a public school.
