Friends and family, home you enjoy, local culture, not learning a new language; there are tons of different factors when talking about someone putting down roots.

Is it just me or is it weird that of the current six (rather positive) comments two are brand new accounts and two more have 1 or less karma?
Not to downplay the good work he's doing, but both of those things (selling expired food and giving it away) are both pretty common. There are discount stores who specialize in expired food.
Not really, it was 5% equity or 2% royalty and according to a Forbes article[1] ABC hadn't asked the two people interviewed for any money. The article also said their source claimed ABC wouldn't be asking for either in upcoming seasons.

He was fired back in 2010 and will be going back to prison in October. I'm pretty sure he's in jail until then.
Compuware's been struggling lately though, and are going to be making cuts for a couple years at least.
Be sure to check out Season 1
Am I the only one that doesn't really like it? I see all these websites talking about how amazing it is, but it's just, eh. Everything pre-chatroulette was alright and realistic but then a third of the movie is wasted time jumping around dick shots until he magically hits upon a girl who has a quick speech talking about how fake Facebook is.
The bond between those two parts doesn't really work for me. And it seems like he just ran out of ideas for concluding the Facebook paranoia/break up scene so he cheated with the speech.
It's like a bunch of people see this movie is completely on a screen and it's this hard hitting revelation that relationships are now on screen and so this movie perfectly encapsulates a young person's relationship.
Probably a 501(c)(6), it's for business organizations like the Chamber of Commerce or the NFL. It's not really a loophole, it's exactly what the designation was created for.
The article specifically states that ODAP bears no no risk of toxicity unless someone is suffering from malnutrition, stress, or acute hunger.
It doesn't really invalidate them, it says that if you eat the seeds while malnourished the ODAP can kill you. It doesn't mention anything about him dying in an unforeseen accident, he went into the Alaskan bush unprepared and died of malnutrition. If he brought a map he could've walked to safety when he started to realize his plight.
Sony Pictures Television produced Breaking Bad[1], and Mad Men was produced by Lionsgate Television [2](who also produced Orange is the New Black). Netflix doesn't need to buy AMC, they just need to outbid other companies when buying content. Which is exactly what they did for House of Cards, they beat AMC and HBO for the rights[3].

If you have hobbies that may result in injury you might upgrade.
Just don't think they'll ignore US subpoenas.
So it's a barebones PC running Ubuntu. Sorry but I'm going to join the "big deal" crowd. What I'd gladly pay money for is a cheap Chromebook knockoff that runs linux natively without messing around with developer mode or whatever.
Some even lend e-book readers so people can access their lent e-books.
Just to add some context, the author also wrote a quantified self article about documenting every thing her daughter did [1] (time, food taken, diaper wetness, color of urine, thickness of poop, sleep habits, etc). These are not your standard parents.

You might add something on the landing page saying what exactly you do. I read through everything and it doesn't specify how it'll improve English; is it just drills? A therapist to coach people? Pronunciation checking software?
The ones in MI seem to be similar to the ones in Germany.
Talk to a lawyer
Here's an article from Monday with some advice.

They didn't, it's someone writing about Watterson's career path and using old quotes. It's interesting, just not groundbreaking.
It is, they link to the presentation in the beginning of the article.
Medium is just a blogging platform
This is just an absurd statement to make. Someone didn't specifically raise their kid to use a CLI and they killed their curiosity?
Syncretic didn't found Hubski, he's just mocked the most for his awkward protest quittings and advertising(Fangolo started it).
Just a little more on DEXA scans; it might be a little much for someone like the blogger, but they are valuable for measuring central adiposity.
Manager: "What have you been doing all afternoon?"
Underling: "Oh well I was in communication with the software company trying to resolve the button issue you raised this morning. Good news though they're adding it to the next release."
Manager: "Good job, way to take the initiative. Now let's talk about this TPS report problem."
Forex is an extremely risky niche, try stocks or something that isn't zero sum.
I read a comment from one of the sysadmins (alienth?) saying their main bottlenecks were I/O.
The prisoners would go crazy from the lack of variety. Nutraloaf sucks, and as bad as prison food is the same bland loaf of crap day in and day out will just make everyone angry. People aren't robots, and putting at least a little effort towards keeping prisoners from causing trouble is well worth it.
