You see innovation in this space a lot in research. For example, Dalorex [1] or Azul [2] for operations on sparse matrices. Currently a more general version of Azul is being developed at MIT with support for arbitrary matrix/graph algorithms with reconfigurable logic.

I intuit parent was referring to PC gaming, which is far more demanding than mobile gaming. Also, most PC games are compiled to x86_64, which means there will need to be a virtualization layer for non-native games (the majority), which will add latency.

This argument is somewhat misguided. In my hometown maybe 30% of the population was immigrant, but with a good integration policy there have been no issues. In my experience, neighborhoods in the USA are much more fractured with each keeping to their own. This, in my opinion, is ultimately unhealthy
I use the Unexpected Keyboard [1] on Android. I can use shortcuts like on a real keyboard and it is easy to get used to.

Lately I've been addicted to watching (micro) voxel engine videos on youtube. I need to resist my urge to write one (not that I think I would do a particularly good job). I've also found the voxel engine by John Lin to be particularly impressive.

I tried to play it last summer and it didn't work out. Thankfully I gave it a second chance with the intention to fully RP and with my main objective being to romance Shadowheart (because it's good to have goals), and it's been better. I must say that at times I felt overwhelmed, and I'm grateful to have some friends who played the game that could help me with some questlines!
The music in the title screen never fails to amuse me. When the chorus kicks in I am immediately immersed.
Personally I've gotten the most fun out of it streaming my game on and off to my friends (who had already finished it). I could get info from them but still make the choices + it's fun to hang out
You won't find them in the city haha. That said, Catalonia is a very beautiful place and I encourage you to visit its rural landscapes, like Montserrat, Rupit and Viladrau (and of course, all of the Pyrenees)! Also in the coast I love Tossa de Mar and Sant Martí d'Empúries, near L'Escala.
