I would usually agree, but the techniques of rapid learning that he introduced make a lot of sense. I've been studying neuroscience recently, and it is well known that the brain learns by linking new information with existing (metaphors and analogies) which is what the article is basically pointing out.

The free-embed idea is definitely risky, but it might help if you require there to be a certain amount of unique text/editorial surrounding the embedded video in order to avoid abuse. Otherwise, I'm going out right now to register that domain.

What about the 300th request? I guess it's a matter of opinion, but is it better to provide a mediocre (or worse) quality experience to all 300 users, or to provide a good quality experience to 1/3 of the users and deny the other 2/3 requests?
