The compiler has hard coded domains that control who can use certain features. For example, custom operators aren’t allowed, but Evan is able to use them.

I can still reverse a binary tree without an LLM. I can still reason about time complexity, debug a race condition by reading the code, trace a memory leak by thinking.

All your incantations can't protect you

congrats if you buy a stablecoin - you've effectively financed the US gvt at 0%.

As MMT teaches us, a government that issues its own currency does not need to borrow to finance itself, as it can create the money it needs, though it may still issue debt for other reasons.

In economics inflation has a specific definition: a general rise in the price level. It can be caused by all kinds of things.

When the prices of all goods and services go up, it is the thing you measure them against that is going down. If there were no currency, there would be no inflation, only changes in relative prices.

definitely not lower than Digital Ocean

2 vcpu 8GB:

DigitalOcean $ 60 with 4 TB transfer

Oracle $ 25.75 with 10 TB transfer

(DigitalOcean includes local ssd, but you don't want to use that.)

Exactly, just like Biden accusing the meat oligopolies for price hikes. Hey, lets pour another billion to solve the problem. And corporate greed and all that nonsense. It's a carbon copy. Yet many believe it.

This would not surprise anyone who lives in a country with a weak currency, like Argentina or Turkey. The currency is devalued and you earn more and more Pesos or Liras, but they are worth less and less. I understand that you live in the United States and that you are used to measuring things against the Dollar. So you consider the Dollar as something fixed. Now that your currency is devaluing, businesses income (and your income) is going to increase, but only nominally.

That's something MMT gets right. Public deficits = net private savings. So as long as there are people willing to save in USD (and not only US residents, people all over the world save in USD, including Argentinians), you can have a persistent deficit. In case the 7% becomes persistent inflation, make sure you have a plan B, you don't want to lose reserve currency status.

This is obviously false. First, employers can't just stop giving raises. Raises are governed by law and by collective agreements (although they are often below inflation). Second, no one just quits, especially a crook. Why? Because you can always force the employer to fire you. How? In general, nothing too obvious, you just stop working too hard. Until your employer offers you to leave and is forced to make an arrangement and pay you compensation.

Did I fire him? No. It is impossible to fire your employees, even for proven misconduct.

Did I sue him? No. You lose 95% of these types of cases.

Bear in mind that premier support is included for free for cloud customers. So for example ksplice and dtrace are included. Ksplice is fantastic and it's really worth it.

Why aren't scooters more popular in the US? Does it have to do only with the weather?

No, you didn't understand correctly. The feature that isn't supported is row level replication zones. Replication zones allows to define the location of replicas.
