The ID token is always a JWT when doing OIDC, and it makes sense in this situation.
Because the ID token is not a set of credentials, but signed information you’d use to create/update a user’s profile.
You can technically use JWTs as access tokens, as the spec doesn’t specify a format for access tokens, but in my experience they’re normally opaque bearer tokens.
I had a family friend who recently passed from colon cancer.
It was particularly brutal because it never showed up in any regular screenings, due to the tumor growing on the outside of their colon. It took ~2-3 weeks just to figure out what it was, but they only knew something was wrong because of some blood tests that came back with unusual results.
It was only 90 days from when they got the call about the unusual results till their death.

This echos my experience with GCP and Google in general.
If you’re a business/enterprise, you get a different ToS that very clearly states that your data is yours.
If you use the free/consumer options, that’s where they are vague or direct about vacuuming up data.

move your domain(s) to porkbun, but setup cloudflare's nameservers on your domain. then you can manage your records and setup ddns through cloudflare.
I saw Mikey give a speech about this back at the Velocity conference around 2014-ish. It was absolutely fascinating to listen to him talk about it!
Acronyms are the worst.
I guess people do it to sound cool or something, but I once maintained a legacy project that had an acronym for a name. Not a single person working at the entire company knew what the acronym originally meant, and of course, it was never documented.
Stuart Semple is kinda known for pulling stunts like this.
Whenever Vantablack was released to the world, the artist Anish Kapoor got exclusive artistry license rights for the pigment. Semple was rather upset about it, so he then made a pigment called "Pinkest Pink" and one of the terms and conditions of buying it is that you agree to never share it was Kapoor.
I don't know what his intention is with this project, but I'm sure it'll have an interesting outcome.
It's probably bots that request it most of the time.

I migrated all my domains from Google Domains to Porkbun when it was announced that Squarespace was gonna buy the former.
I've been quite happy with Porkbun so far!
My wife needed more storage, so we got the family iCloud+ subscription. When it came time for me to set up my work laptop, I made a separate account, but added it to my family. That way I can use my purchased apps and subscriptions on my work machine.
Not a perfect solution, but works pretty well for me.
For those who are out of the loop, like I was, here is how I'm understanding this...
"CentOS" tracked behind RHEL, and is considered more stable? Regardless, CentOS 7 is the last supported major version, and it's reaching EOL soon and will not be maintained. This sounds like a push to get those who use CentOS (free) to move to RHEL (paid) to stay in the long-cycle ecosystem.
"CentOS Stream" is a flavor that tracks ahead of RHEL, is less stable, and is really meant for those who develop on RHEL.
Since the original CentOS is no longer supported, you had new flavors come up (specifically Rocky Linux and Alma Linux) designed to fill the void to track behind RHEL.
However, it appears they rely on the open-source RHEL for their builds. It sounds like this is going away now, and the only open-source linux RedHat is gonna publish freely is CentOS Stream.

I’m on the latest iOS version and I’m experiencing the same. However, my wife is a few minor versions behind, and her‘s is much more accurate.
I once worked for a place years ago that had these crazy data integrity bugs. There were about 35 different bugs, and we suspected that most of them were pieces of legacy code not cleaned up from acquisitions (it was a healthcare company).
Anyways, if you were able to solve one, you got a $5k bonus and a two week vacation. While I was there, someone figured one of them out, and it was due to logic in the DB. ...but I have a feeling that all of them were due to logic in the DB.
I love taking the subways in NYC. They have such a rich history and it’s so easy and affordable, but yeah… it’s also incredibly filthy.
The learning curve is much steeper, but if you learn it and truly understand what the compiler is trying to stop you from doing, you'll begin to see all the possible side-effects in other languages.
I recently revisited a Go project that does a bunch of async tasks right after doing a somewhat involved Rust project, and all I could see were foot guns everywhere, even though most of it was considered the idiomatic approach.
I too am interested in the flutter aspect, but I just recently worked with Tauri as part of a rewrite project and it was a decent experience. There are still some rough edges and small gaps, but overall it’s pretty well done. Plus, when you’re ready to ship your app, they give you tools that make packaging and code-signing very easy. I would recommend it if you have any interest in it.
Compare this to my experience with iced, where I discovered that I love the elm architecture, but dealing with the UI parts became exponentially more complex the larger it grew, so many undocumented or under documented components, plus upgrading between minor versions would cause breaking changes that weren’t always easy to solve because of the lack of documentation or examples.
When I was much younger, we had a donkey that had a breach birth, and the foal became stuck. It was awful, in every sense of the word. The foal ended up dying mid-birth, and we then did everything we could to save the mother. To the point where we were had a chain wrapped around the dead foal for pulling, and we had to cut up and break its bones to get it out.
We eventually saved the mother, but that donkey was truly scarred. For about two years, I would of said that donkey was clinically depressed. It really changed my perspective on just how intelligent animals actually are, and I’m sure they feel complex emotions just like us.
The OP-1 is a pretty solid product, it's just insanely overpriced.
