Yes, lots of people don't like using Discord, but I can't even get it to work. Discord just tells me 'Unable to accept invite'
My only suggestion would be to make it obvious that you need to preview before you can download the PDF. I thought it was broken.

I'm surprised there is no reference to time estimation. An important part of their role is estimating how long a task will take to complete, and I've found many people, even engineers with a lot of experience, are terrible at this.

My advice would be to somehow indicate exactly the text that was expounded - maybe with a faint underline or something. When it expands out, it's sometimes difficult to track the exact words that suddenly appear.
